Enjoy our Keurig coffee amenities which are complimentary. Get the sleep you truly deserve on our top of the line king beds in both bedrooms! The pull out couch sleeps two more on a high quality memory foam mattress. Enjoy your coffee on the patio in the dome-egg swing, backed to woods. Pool and hot tub onsite - open April through October.

Please know this is a third-floor condo with no elevator in building.

Family trip!

I enjoyed and so did the family. The neighborhood is well kept, the pool and hot tub is nice, the beds are comfortable. I enjoyed the screened in private patio as well.

The place was well stocked and beautiful.

Everything would be awesome if the weather held out for us. Unfortunately, we had awful weather. The place was beautiful though, and I would recommend it. I plan to come back again hopefully with better weather.

What more could you need?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. It was convenient to everything, clean, quiet and equipped with everything you need. The beds were comfortable, showers had excellent water pressure, plenty of space with a open concept. Our dog so enjoyed the screened in porch. This neighborhood is quiet, has lots of ducks and turtles to feed. You can fish (catch and release) and swim on location. What more could you ask for, we would definitely stay again.

Relaxing

The location was easy to find. The apartment was very clean, and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. Mike and Heather were communicative and provided directions/updates throughout. The place itself is close to all the fun things to do, including beaches and piers. Thank you for letting us stay!

Family Friendly

Great stay for an early spring break with the kids and fur kids. Perfect spot to act as home base in between our running around. Didn’t hear and barely saw any other neighbors. Clear instructions from owners. Would stay again.

Great trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this property.the host was responsive quickly and very helpful. The kitchen was stocked so well and the Keurig with coffee pods was greatly appreciated. The location was outstanding and the community was quiet and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Great Weekend Getaway

My family and I stayed for a quick little getaway. This was the perfect place. The description is accurate, very clean, neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The screened in balcony was nice to sit on at night. It is close to all attractions, shopping and most importantly the beach! Definitely stay their again on our next visit.

Beautifully decorated stay

Condo was very well decorated. Love the blue and the little decorative touches. Third floor but stairs weren’t bad. Very cute little place.

Great place to stay!

Our family stayed at the Blue-Haven Beach Resort Condo during our daughter’s softball tournament in Myrtle Beach. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was nice to enjoy after a long day at the field and our dog enjoyed his walks around the pond and the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who’s staying in the area.

Weekend get away

Our stay was so relaxing despite the weather being nasty. The dwelling was very well appointed and had all the fine touches to make it a comfortable get away . Communication was was on point would be sure to return . Thank you .

Exactly as advertised

Stayed during the off-season, and the price was extremely reasonable. The property was conveniently located to most major attractions and was clean and well kept. Had absolutely no issues with communicating with the property manager, who made everything as easy as possible, and even accommodated at last minute booking.

Convenient location

Third floor walk-up unit with high ceilings and private screened in balcony overlooking the woods. Decor is lovely and welcoming and unit is well stocked with basic kitchen, bath and cleaning necessities. Great storage to be able to unpack and feel right at home and kitchen appliances and washer/dryer all in great working order. King size beds are a real bonus in vacation rentals and were VERY comfortable! Wifi was very strong and worked well for both my husband and I to work remotely and Amazon FireTVs made any streaming service readily available. Hosts had great communication and made checkin very easy! Community is quiet, well maintained and dog friendly! While parking is not assigned there are always plenty of spots available in front of the unit. Location is very convenient to all shopping on 501, and beaches are a very easy 10-15 min drive east. Close to Market Commons, Broadway at the Beach and all Myrtle Beach destinations and restaurants.

We enjoy keeping our property in nice shape, sharing it with other families, and making it possible for our family to travel more and enjoy a change of scenery.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We love this location in the River Oaks golf course community. It has a quiet, peaceful feel to it, nice shade in the summer, and is only a 10 min drive to the beach. We really enjoy the pool and hot tub area that is open from April to October.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The top floor condo is great as it provides the room for vaulted ceilings, making the space much more open and airy feeling. We like the room the 2bed 2 bath condo provides, and the large screened in patio overlooking the golf course.
