Tidewater # 2906 es una hermosa unidad del piso 29 con un dormitorio, 2 baños completos y literas dobles en el pasillo, lo que la hace perfecta para parejas o niños con niños más pequeños. El sofá de la sala de estar también es una cama de matrimonio. Esta unidad se encuentra directamente en la playa, cuenta con todas las comodidades, una ubicación perfecta y está cerca de muchos restaurantes, locales nocturnos y atracciones. Todo en tu lista de deseos! Nuestro condominio ha tenido muchas actualizaciones nuevas en enero de 2019. Se instalaron nuevas alfombras en el dormitorio y sala de estar y cortinas. Everything was perfect, the only complaint that I have is that the dryer is very outdated so it took absolutely forever to get my clothes dried and the front door had no lock on it where we could lock it from the inside before we went to bed. Those were my only complaints. We will be staying here again in the future!

The view is breathtaking!!

Where do I begin!! When we walked in we walked straight out onto the balcony and the view took our breath away! It was one of the cleanest condos we’ve ever stayed at from the floors to the appliances, dishes and furniture you can definitely tell they do not spare any cost with the cleaning service. The room is so spacious we did not feel cramped at all like we did at many other condos we’ve stayed at over the past 22yrs. Oh I have to mention the AC!! I’m 42 and I get hot and keep my AC on 67 at home but here we had to turn it up to 70!! We noticed the ice maker wasn’t working but we immediately contacted Nicole and she had someone come up within an hour to fix it! Hands down the best service we have received she was amazing! I would also highly recommend eating at Waves Bar and Grill located at Tidewater the service and food was so good! We read a lot of bad reviews about the elevator BUT we knew that in advance because it is such a big place we made the best of it and met so many people just talking to them. The longest we waited was 15min because it started raining at the beach and we all were trying to go up to our rooms at the same time. We used the elevator behind the check in desk because they’re are 3 there vs just 2 or 1 in the other locations once we figured that out we didn’t wait any longer than 5min. We absolutely had the best time and definitely very affordable!

Elevators are awful!!!

Property is nice and staff are nice BUT you will wait an hour for an elevator!!! Awful experience! Spent way too much time waiting on an elevator instead of enjoying our time! Especially when you are on the 29th floor! Won’t stay here again.

After staying at this resort, we wouldn’t stay here again. On average you’ll wait 25+minutes for an elevator and longer if you have a luggage cart. Which was a pain when you’re on the 26th floor. I inquired about checking in early due to early arrival, I read the rules but figured we could try it anyways. Ours was occupied so no early check in, okay. Get a call our condo is ready around 3-330. After arriving and getting settled in, our condo was “cleaned.” Stained sheets in the hideaway bed. Dryer setting did not work. Pieces of food and crumbs in the living and under the bar. Not one to say things normally but paying the money for these places and to have experience some of these setbacks were unfortunate. Overall was a good trip to PCB and view was beautiful.

Beautiful Property, Lovely Stay!

My son & a few of his school mates/best friends planned for & saved their own money for a trip to the beach to celebrate their upcoming senior year of high school. I was lucky enough to be the chaperone for this trip. Our condo was absolutely beautiful with everything one would need to feel right at home & the view..the view was simply gorgeous! The property, itself has literally any & everything to keep you entertained: 2 pools, an arcade, a bowling alley, a sports bar, a restaurant, a gym, a sauna & of course, just steps from the beautiful sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. The location of the property was also another selling point…so many different shops & restaurants close by! It was incredible, especially for the price paid! The staff also was incredibly friendly & extremely helpful, which added to the feel of being right at home. I would most certainly stay here again & would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, price-friendly place on the beach for their next vacation! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Amazing Condo & View

We stayed here for a week in late March for spring break and were very happy with our visit. Everything was exactly as expected, including the long elevator wait times - definitely plan for those! The waits vary from 30 seconds to 10 minutes some days at check in/check out times, especially with this room being very high up in the building. That height provided stunning views though, exactly as shown in the pictures but nothing can compare to seeing it in person. The condo itself was clean and very homey, and the owner was very friendly when I reached out once prior to the stay with a quick question. I would absolutely recommend this property for your next PCB stay with a view!

Nice condo

29th floor so it’s quiet and the ocean view is great. The problem with Tidewater is the horrible check in process and the pitiful elevators that have to carry everyone and their belongings. Won’t stay again.

Great views from the balcony !

While the condo was clean, the beds and sofa weren’t at all comfortable. The kitchen appliances all worked just fine along with the air conditioning. The views were amazing we did see sea turtles , sharks ,dolphins and even a sting ray from the balcony. The elevators were slow due to the amount of floors and people there but I knew there would be long waits so it was expected. I would recommend staying here to anyone who asks.

Mini getaway

The place was beautiful..everything we needed was supplied. Very clean, quiet, perfect view of the ocean. The only negatives was check in, and the elevator on site was ridiculous.

July 4th Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation our condo was very clean with everything you need. We was surprised that we was on the 29th floor and very happy because the views were breathtaking. The only issues was the elevators that seemed to always be busy but with the location and beautiful condo and great communication with the owner we will definitely be booking with them again.

Good getaway

We took a week to come here for break with college and work. We originally booked the wrong amount of nights, but the management made it very easy to book another night. The room was nice, but a little out dated. The fridge was not a big problem, but it wasn’t freezing cold either. The freezer did work and did freeze well. There was a lack of cooking equipment (skillets, big pots, etc.) but since it was only two of us we went and ate out more. Other than that the room was great and the condo in general was not terrible, besides the elevators (it’s a 30 floor building and people get impatient) our longest wait was 45 minutes and that was right at check in other than that it averaged 10-20 minutes.

So many frustrations.

Elevator process is super frustrating as you spend an enormous amount of time waiting on elevators and one on our side was out of order for the length of the stay. Refrigerator in our unit did not cool properly, frustratingly enough, a previous renter had already noted the cooling issue and it still had not been addressed. TV took awhile to figure out. Bathroom shower door fixture was broken and allowed water to leak. Toilet seat in master bath was not completely secure. Pull out bed in living had not been cleaned and was full of sand. Condo could use updating, freshening. The location of the condo to beach is great, the elevator process and ride, lengthy. For a three day stay, come prepared to spend so much time in parking garage and elevator. After hours check-in is not super knowledgeable and told us our wristbands were only good until 10:00 am following morning, they were actually good for length of stay, creating confusion at check-in desk next day.
