POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near-freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $40 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 90ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature.

This home is in a great location to get to MCO, Universal Studios and Disney! Everything was wonderful. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend stay! Matt was great and check-in/checkout was easy!

If I can give this home 10 stars I would. The pictures does it no justice because it was beyond our expectations!! Very clean home and so neat! It is close to Disney World Parks. 30 minutes from the airport. The host Matt was great with communication although we had no issues. Thank you Matt for opening up your home to us!! We had a great time! Will definitely use again!

Easy, convenient and clean!

The property was exactly as described and the host was very quick to respond to questions. We had no issues at all. Check in and out were super simple. The condo was big and clean and had everything we needed. The property is very conveniently located (especially if you are visiting a Disney Park). We will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Booked for 3 days this week. Ended up arriving and calling the host to cancel right away. We pulled in to have a security guard check my ID and not give us any other information when getting to the condo. No information of where to find the pool house or their hours. It was kind of an awkward experience from the get-go. We headed down the road to the condo and there was a bunch of young adults blasting music, sitting by their cars and a bunch of trash sitting in the lawns. I felt uncomfortable before even getting into the condo. When opening the door the condo, the private pool was not available for us due to a crack in the pool. This was 99% of the reason we booked this condo. While contemplating what to do, we tried to turn on the TV which we couldn’t get to work. Tried going on our phones but no reception and WiFi was not working. I ended up being there for 30 minutes before deciding this was not the place for us to stay. We packed back up and left. Space seemed big and nice. Just a lot of inconveniences for us and not what we expected.

Before booking, I would recommend reading reviews of Storey Lake Resort so you know what to expect.The townhome itself is spacious, and the kids' bedrooms are very cute. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by repeated excessive noise from a neighboring property.We booked a 12-night stay, but halfway through our vacation we experienced two consecutive nights of loud music next door. On the second night, the music was so loud that we could hardly hear the TV from the family room. We contacted the police, notified the host, and even went to the security gate for assistance, but the music continued until around 2:00 a.m. and no one in our family was able to sleep.We decided to leave early because we were concerned about additional nights of the same disruption and because the host became unresponsive. We were told the HOA would be contacted, but we never received any follow-up confirming whether the issue had been resolved. We ultimately checked out six days early, and despite VRBO requesting a refund on our behalf, the host declined.In addition to the noise, we found the resort amenities to be much more crowded than expected. During our stay, the pool and lazy river were extremely busy and felt undersized for the number of guests in the community.If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, I would carefully consider whether this property and resort are the right fit.

Thank you for leaving a review. We did reach out to the HOA and had them contact the owners of the house that was playing loud music. By the time we contacted the HOA, you already left. There was no point of notifying you about it because you already ended your stay by that time. I am sorry you had to experience the disturbance, however, there isn’t much I could have done at almost midnight, when you first let me know about the noise. Had I known about this issue earlier (and you did tell me they played music earlier), we would have resolved it. We communicated multiple times to Vrbo that we can come next day and talk to the neighbors, however, you insisted on leaving and getting a refund. We do not provide refunds for guests who decide to leave in the middle of their stay.

I didn’t receive entry instructions until I asked about 30 min before 4pm (check in time). Upon arrival, I immediately noticed no WiFi password was left. I reached out to host & about 1.5 hours later I received a call with the password. Not a big deal but super annoying as we had no service in the home. The home was very nice, only thing I was unhappy with was that everything to use in the home like toilet paper, napkins, trash bags felt super cheap. The scrub for dishes smelled like old wet towel. 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom. I’ve never stayed anywhere where everything was minimal. We also were unhappy with the size of tv in the lining room area, very small. The community pool was nice; we only went one day for a few hours. Everyone was friendly. Overall this is a good place to stay if you only need to sleep and shower.
