Little retreat in Cobble Hill village. Separate tiny home with French doors opening to a beautiful large outdoor space where you can enjoy, covered seating, bbq and a propane fire pit. Inside 650sq ft of comfortable living area and kitchen with room to move around, separate sleeping area. Enclosed carport with keyed entry and washer/dryer in separated space in carport. We are a short block from Cobble Hill Mtn with many hiking and biking trails, Little School House coffee and Cobblestone pub are walking distance.

This is a lovely guest house. The bed is very comfortable, the space is clean, it smells fresh, and has a great back porch. It’s within walking distance of a pub, liquor store, ice cream shop, and coffee/breakfast place. We would definitely recommend it.

I can't say enough great things about this place and the hosts, Marta & Murray. This little home was spotless, charming and cozy, and incredibly well-equipped. They thought of everything! It's a real gem. Thinking of returning next year.

A fantastic get away

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is extremely close to where many of our activities were happening. It is comfortable, clean, quiet, easy walking to a pub with excellent food, close to the highway for access to anywhere. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

As good as it gets

We loved our stay at the cottage. The property was excellent. Spacious and well appointed. The location was great. Easy access to everything we wanted to do. Mountain biking, whale watching, the Raptors, hiking, nice restaurants, etc. The hosts were so friendly without being intrusive. We would definately stay here again.

Cozy weekend as rowing parents

Cobble Hill cottage is a cozy, comfortable studio-style accommodation an easy drive to Shawnigan Lake where we spent the days at the annual rowing regatta. When not being rowing parents we relaxed on the patio which is a lovely sun trap. It’s close to a friendly pub as well.

Cobble hill

Very clean cozy, and comfortable. Just a short drive off of the main road in a quiet country setting. Excellent pub within walking distance that serves breakfast and supper. Owners are super nice. Checked out the kinsol railway trestle on the Canada trail.

Home away from home

Marta and Murray were lovely and friendly hosts, in fact they made me feel like a friend. It is a beautiful and private location, a walk across the road to hike Cobblehill and the pub and shops of Cobblehill walking distance, and short drives to everything you need or want to do.Very clean, great outdoor space to sit and have morning coffee, lunch, dinner or an evening drink. I have stayed at a few places and this is definitely top notch. Great energy and peaceful and very reasonably priced.

Nice cozy cottage

This private and cozy cottage is well-appointed, has a comfortable bed, and is well-furnished. Radiant floor heating is a brilliant feature. Host Marta and her husband Murray are friendly and responsive, yet never intrusive. We appreciated the attached carport and the beautiful backyard. We would love to return.

Great place

Everything was perfect. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The patio was wonderful to sit out on and enjoy the sunshine. The area was easy to get around in, shopping close by and has the best restaurant/pub (Cobblestone Pub) we’ve had the pleasure to eat at. Every item we picked was delicious and the service was awesome. The Thai restaurant in Shawinigan Lake was also excellent, great pad thai! We enjoyed our visit and would recommend it highly.

Cobble Hill Hideaway

This cute little unit was perfect for us! The location was great, very clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Hosts were very friendly, but not intrusive at all.

Perfectly comfortable

This place is perfect. Marta was so warm and welcoming. The kitchen and family room were spacious. The outdoor patio was perfect to enjoy our morning coffee. We will be back.

Exactly what we were looking for

There are some places that do all the little things right…THIS is one of those places. Marta and Murray are great hosts and the place is lovely, with a lot of the little comforts of home. Great value, peaceful location. The amenities, chocolates and coffee were nice touches :) We would absolutely return here and highly recommend this to someone who is looking for a little “home away from home.”

Excellent Accommodation

The property is clean, quiet, well maintained and in an excellent location. Kayaking, hiking, sailing , biking and wine tasting are all close by. The hosts are terrific and offered lots of tips on activities in the area. I highly recommend this property!
