Wonderful stay

I had requests that required the owner to come to the house and without hesitation he came and helped with what we needed. He even brought amenities. He aims to please. Loved the pool and kitchen! The area also had fun places to shop!

Great home base for a weekend on the water.

Our criteria included a dock for the boat and a pool. We really love the location of this house for boating. Everbody enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was wonderful.

Beautiful View & Quiet Neighborhood

Lovely home. Even saw the dolphins swimming in the bay one morning. Unfortunately our teenagers wanted a heated pool but it stayed to cool to swim in. Would stay again.

Beautiful house with amazing view

This was a perfect house for our family to stay at to get away and relax for a few days. We loved sitting on the patio by the pool looking out to the water, saw a dolphin one day which was an added bonus. We also really appreciated how clean it was and the large island in the kitchen for gathering and eating. Master bed was comfortable too. Patrick communicated well and was a great host! We would stay here again!

Beautiful home, quiet location. This home appeared untouched by the devastating hurricanes. The host was very responsive, following up immediately replying to our questions and extremely knowledgeable about the area.

Great Stay!

We rented this home for a short family getaway, and we loved it! It was spacious, clean, very well-kept, and in a great neighborhood. Ideally, I'd love to see a rail to help some of the older guests in and out of the pool. Also, a "cheat sheet" of instructions for what to do with trash and how to access wifi would have been helpful. But other than those very minor things, we all loved this house and would definitely stay again!

Overpriced

The location of the house was nice. We never received a Wi-Fi password for our stay, the gas grill was rusted out and didn't work, the beds were super hard and uncomfortable, emailed the property management for assistance and never heard anything back. Not a very good experience overall for what i paid

What a GEM! House was beautiful and very well stocked with essentials. Pool was great. We enjoyed seeing dolphins at the water. We highly recommend this home. and hope to return.

Good spot to stay

Stayed here for 4 nights, family of 4. Had plenty of space to spread out and lots of places close by to enjoy a quick vacation. Host was prompt to answer any questions and we enjoyed our stay.
