Patrick was so easy to communicate with which made the stay perfect for our family vacation. The house was well stocked and ready for us to enjoy all of the beautiful views of the water. The pool was relaxing and refreshing after a day of exploring the area. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet which added to the relaxation we were all looking for. Ozona is filled with a lot of really good places to eat. Tarpon Springs Sponge dock was just a short drive up from Ozona. Honeymoon Island is a perfect State Park to enjoy the beach and only a few miles away.Patrick was so quick to reply back and take care of any questions or concerns just which just added to our perfect vacation. We would definitely stay at this rental when in the Ozona area. Thank you,Tammy & Alan

This is our second stay. We luv this property. House is beautifully furnished and location is great. Pool is always so fun w the kids and enclosed for nite time swims. Patrick is a great host and we had no issues. We so enjoy being on the water and seeing Rays and fish off the dock. Highly recommended.

What a hidden gem! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking! The dolphins in the back are an added bonus! Host was immediately responsive to any questions and went above and beyond to give us suggestions for the area! We absolutely loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Our kids had so much fun in the pool and the host noticed there was an issue with the heater and came and fixed it on his own. The view from the home was great and we were able to see dophins and fish jumping. The house is set up with the supplies we needed and was very comfortable. Local attractions are very drivable and allowed us to split our days with adventures and relaxing. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great home base for a weekend on the water.

Our criteria included a dock for the boat and a pool. We really love the location of this house for boating. Everbody enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was wonderful.

Good spot to stay

Stayed here for 4 nights, family of 4. Had plenty of space to spread out and lots of places close by to enjoy a quick vacation. Host was prompt to answer any questions and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

I had requests that required the owner to come to the house and without hesitation he came and helped with what we needed. He even brought amenities. He aims to please. Loved the pool and kitchen! The area also had fun places to shop!

Beautiful home, quiet location. This home appeared untouched by the devastating hurricanes. The host was very responsive, following up immediately replying to our questions and extremely knowledgeable about the area.

Beautiful View & Quiet Neighborhood

Lovely home. Even saw the dolphins swimming in the bay one morning. Unfortunately our teenagers wanted a heated pool but it stayed to cool to swim in. Would stay again.

Home was clean, but showed its age with noted cosmetic flaws. Furniture had stains and TV did not work. One electrical plug near TV had glue around the prongs? A/C was unbalanced for comfort. Master BR was hot when rest of home was freezing. Towel bar in master bath was not secure and fell 3 times from wall. The dock was unsafe as well extremely difficult and dangerous to dock even for an experienced boat owner. It took a proficient boat operator to avoid narrow entrance to dock. Boat enjoyment was totally dependent of tide. At low tide our boat sat on the ocean floor causing dent damage to front of boat. We now know why there were no pictures of the dock in listing. Lanai had ants as well as one guest bedroom. The home had bed bugs which were isolated in one guest room. The guest is a cancer survivor who experienced major reaction which required a trip to urgent care for medical treatment. The incident was reported immediately with only response was from a BOT and not broker of property. There were numerous attempts to contact broker without reply. After our stay we received report that exterminator reported absolutely NO active bug activity was determined. We were accused of removing a mattress cover which was a pocket one? The whole bed was covered and we have photo and video proof of them scurrying across the sheets. We were denied refund because bed bugs were not reported until last night of a 7 day rental. I would not advise renting this property
