(PS City ID #067886) Welcome to Saguaro Sundream! Located in one of Palm Springs most historic neighborhoods, Vista Norte, this mid century gem has been completely remodeled in summer 2023 and ready to host you for a relaxing and tranquil stay!
We expect you'll be spending most of your time enjoying our beautiful backyard relaxing in the pool & spa or hanging around the gas fire pit telling stories! With our spectacular mountain views we are positive you will love your stay here!

SLEEPING:
- Bedroom #1: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom #2: King-size bed
- Bedroom #3: Queen-size bed
LIVING AREA:
- Open concept so all guests can spread out and enjoy!
- Kitchen/dining: Fully stocked kitchen. Open dining area with a table for 6 and spacious kitchen with all appliances, glasses, dishware, pots/pans, microwave, toaster, Keurig, etc. You can host a Thanksgiving feast!
- Entertainment: Roku TV with Fubo included and games (Monopoly, Uno, Cards, Puzzles, and more)
- High Speed internet / WiFi
- Bonus room: has a bed and nightstands (no closet doors)
-Laundry: washer & dryer available for use (in garage)
THE BACKYARD:
- pool and jacuzzi with floats and golf game included!
- AMAZING mountain views
- Four lounge chairs and L-shaped couch; relax with a cocktail!
- Outdoor dining table for 6
- Fire Pit with comfortable seating for 6 (propane needed)

- Downtown Palm Springs is just a couple miles away
- Albertson's supermarket is right around the corner
- Centrally located in the Valley! 20 minutes to Acrisure Arena, 25 minutes to Morongo Casino, 30 minutes to Indian Wells, and 45 minutes to Joshua Tree
You’ll have the entire house to yourself. The front door has a digital key pad for self check-in and entry.
I am highly responsive and available 24/7 for your needs. Ahead of check-in we will provide a guide book with recommendations for leisure, activities, food, and entertainment.

The following are required by city ordinance:
• Must be 25 years old to rent
• No outdoor amplified music 24 hours per day
• No more than 6 registered guests overnight
• No more than 10 people on property at anytime
• Total of 3 cars allowed at property
• Signatures of all registered guests required at check in
• No parties or events can be held at the home
• Trash must be kept in supplied receptacles out of public view
• Quiet time after 10 pm (no noise at all can be heard at the property line)
All potential guests must acknowledge and commit to the above requirements prior to acceptance of rental. These rules help to keep a peaceful balance between our guests and full time residents (both of which we hold in high regard). We try to stay on good terms with all the neighbors and have come to realize that a little respect goes a long way! Everyone's peaceful enjoyment is important to us. So please enjoy yourselves while being mindful of the others around you.
Pool cleaners come on Tuesdays and Fridays and they let themselves into the backyard through the side gate without notice. Please advise if you'd like us to change this visit during your stay.
Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax: Palm Springs requires all vacation rental owners to collect an 12.5% transient occupancy tax on all rentals that are 28 days or less. This is in addition to the rental fee and it will be a separate line item in the breakdown of your booking fees.
Stays of 28+ days (27+ nights): there is no city TOT tax.
Pool and jacuzzi heating: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 103 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly or $125 weekly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
Pets: we love and welcome our furry friends! Our insurance restricts certain breeds/sizes. Please provide details prior to booking. This also comes with an additional $79 pet fee (per stay).

We have loved traveling to Palm Springs for almost 15 years now. Whenever we get there we immediately get that vacation vibe. We are so lucky to be able to vacation at this home and share it with you all!
