This rental is stunning. It honestly looks and feels like a model home in an architecture magazine or model home tour. The location is also ideal, and the host goes above and beyond to help travelers have a great experience.

We stayed here 3 nights with our 2 little girls (1 & 5) and we all had the best time! Comfy bed and nice bedroom ambience and the couch counted as a pull-out bed for our older daughter. Clean, modern space with lots of natural light. It was just the right amount of space with the pack and play for our baby and the host has an Alexa device hooked up we played soothing music on to get baby to sleep.Loved relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings with the string light ambience. Walked to town for meals and also to the grocery store - all within blocks. Quiet charming neighborhood with lots of friendly people around. Highly recommend staying here!

Great weekend getaway

We loved our stay at the 208 guesthouse! It was clean, had the most comfortable bed, is a great location and overall is just what we wanted! Will stay again when we are back

Beautiful place to stay and relax- within walking distance to main downtown area. Great hiking and exploring. The host was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

This was a perfectly located condo, right in the middle of town. Easy walk to downtown, Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Pilgrims and many restaurants two blocks away. The room was a great size with everything provided that you need for the stay. Hot tub was very clean and the long term renters in the front house were very friendly and helpful. The air condition worked great and the bedroom could be blacked out at any time during the day or night for better sleeping. The kitchen was very well stocked and the washer dryer was very useful. The owner, Adam, was very responsive by text for questions and made the check in and check out very easy. We would highly recommend this property and will absolutely be staying there again.

Wonderful location, great guest house!

We loved our stay! The GPS took us slightly down the street when we plugged in the address so just make sure you're following the instructions they wrote! Great location, great guest house. Responsive and wonderful stay!

Bed was great. Unit was freshly remodeled. Great appliances. Bathroom was attractive. AC was great. Location was perfect to town.Front poarch is for hot tub users only. No hang out appeal. Unit was noisy with some sort of motor or vibrating sound but it seemed to stop at night so sleep was not effective.

Cute home in great location!

Stayed at this home for the Couer d'Alene half marathon and it was perfect! Very easy street parking on a quiet road, and it's walkable to some breweries, restaurants, and a grocery store. Would definitely recommend staying here when you're in town.

Perfect little apartment with high end amenities. Perfect quiet getaway close to restaurants and shops. Close to downtown. We had a relaxing stay just what we wanted thank you!

Great Place - will come again

Overall a great stay and a great place! Easy location to walk or drive anywhere within a few minutes of downtown. Should note that it is an apartment above a garage and parking on the street, but we were fine with all that!

Great location and communication throughout with the owner. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely like to come back for an overnight with my husband even though we live in Rathdrum. It’s just nice to be away for a night and walking to downtown CDA was close and the neighborhoods we walked through to get there were nice.
