Overall, we thought the place was OK. We had several concerns. 1.While early check-in was not allowed the bag storage area was in the office which was a mile away from the condominium. We spent the day in town, but had to rush back because the office closes at 5 PM, to collect the bags. 2.The instructions said we could have late checkout as our flight was later in afternoon. We were willing to pay 25 an hour. However, when we communicated with Julia, she said no “owners are coming and you can’t extend your stay” The other issue was at 9:40 AM a bunch of ladies from the services department barged into the apartment at 9:40 AM without prior notice, wanting to make sure that we were going to leave at 10 AM. When we asked them if the owner who here, they said that was not true.3. We contacted them several times during the stay to provide us trash bags. Unfortunately, we never received any during the week. We had to make several trips to the dumpster. 4.The furniture was old and uncomfortable. One of the sofas in the living room was extremely soft and you sank down all the way. As a family we couldn’t sit together in that area. 5.We appreciated the heads up fact that there was going to be construction on site. We did not feel it was noisy as a result. I hope you can screen properties better and give this feedback to the management company. On balance, I’m not sure we’ll come back here again, as we thought value for the daily rate was qu
