Eagles Landing Lodge is a beautiful, luxury, custom 6 bedroom lodge with a POOL and an elevator situated high on the Forest Springs Mountain right in the middle of Gatlinburg. The Lodge has spectacular, breath taking views of the mountains and the Park from its 3 decks and outdoor area.

Gatlinburg is a great place to visit for adventure seekers or relaxed visitors alike. Start your morning by taking in the fresh mountain air and the fabulous mountain views with a fresh cup of coffee in hand from one of our three spacious decks. During the day go hiking on the nearby trails, picnicking next to the streams, shopping the crafts trails.....end your days relaxing while watching the sunset from one of our 18 rocking chairs or from the relaxing comfort of the 8-person hot tub or from one of the eight Adirondack chairs while relaxing around the fire pit - the choice is yours!

Later in the evening, you can enjoy some star gazing from your seat around the fire pit in our outdoor living area or you can enjoy a movie or the big game on the big screen TV with the awesome surround sound system while relaxing in the luxury leather recliners. The kids (and adults too) are sure to enjoy a game of pool on the regulation size 8 ft pool table and the Golden Tee game. There's also a multi-arcade cocktail table which includes many of the greatest games. Undoubtedly, there may be someone in the group who will want to fire up the X-Box One gaming system and play someone in a game or someone back home via the internet.

The decks feature lots of rocking chairs for gathering with family and friends. Eagles Landing Lodge is conveniently located 1.5 miles east of downtown Gatlinburg and a short 2.5 miles from the entrance to the GSMNP. Rocky Top Sports World, Dollywood and The Island are just a few miles away. So, grab the family and escape to the serenity of Eagles Landing Lodge!

Beautiful family Christmas!

This home was perfect for our big family Christmas! Main level bedrooms and an elevator for the grandparents, and games, pool, and entertainment for the kids. The house is in beautiful condition and has an extremely well stocked kitchen for cooking big meals. We loved the hot tub and fire pit! Added bonus….watching the bears from the expansive porches!

The property was immaculate and exactly as described and reflected in the pictures. The layout was great with en suite bathrooms for every bedroom, the indoor pool, and multiple entertaining spaces. Checkin and checkout were a breeze with clear instructions. My extended family of 12 loved the place and we will book again.

Hot tub was good. Bears were on the hunt for food, we had at least 7 bear encounters. The views of Annakeesta were gorgeous, especially at night. The doors have bear proof locks but he was a big one and opened the door about an inch and we scared him off. The first level had 2 beautiful king suites. There was an upper level play room and an upper level office area. The 2nd level had pool table and with theater seating. There were 3 more rooms for sleeping on this level. It was very spacious and stocked well. The lower level had another suite and the pool. The only issue here was my door code would only open one entrance to the pool so we had to use the elevator to go down to get into the pool area. Pool area was very comfortable and fun. I would highly recommend these accommodations. So much fun!!!! Lynn was awesome.

This house was AMAZING! The space, beauty of the wood inside and out, the decks, the amenities, the whole family was very pleased. Also the location was almost at the very top of a mountain so we had beautiful views. We had a two minor cleaning issues when we arrived and the property manager addressed them immediately. She was excellent in communication! We all enjoyed seeing bears every day, especially the Mom with the two playful cubs. It was a short drive to Gatlinburg for groceries, shopping, and activities. And only a bit longer to see some waterfalls in the Smoky Mts or Pigeon Forge. We all highly recommend this house and would love to return.

Perfect for Large Groups!

We had an incredible experience at Eagles Landing Lodge! Our group of 15 (9 adults and 6 kids) fit comfortably in this beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed mountain retreat. Every detail of the lodge was thoughtfully designed for groups like ours, with multiple gathering areas, plenty of seating, and a layout that gave everyone room to spread out and relax.The views from all three decks were absolutely stunning, morning coffee with that mountain backdrop was a daily highlight. The kids loved the game room (especially the arcade and pool table), and the adults appreciated the comfortable recliners and large tv's. A highlight was also the indoor pool! Perfect for adults and kids!We also had the thrill of seeing black bears right outside the lodge, an unforgettable Smoky Mountains experience! Just a heads-up: make sure to keep your car doors locked, as the bears know how to open them and will go exploring if they find one unlocked!The kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking for a large group easy. We loved how close the lodge was to downtown Gatlinburg and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, just a short drive to hiking, shopping, and family fun.Eagles Landing Lodge is truly a luxury experience and ideal for family gatherings or group vacations. Highly recommend!

This was the best cabin experience we have ever had. The owners thought of everything. It truly was everything and more. No fights over the bedrooms, because they were all equal. Plenty of everything. The kids Loved the pool. My group is very hard to please, and everyone loved this place. When we go back, we would definitely stay here again. I did have to reach out to the host a few times and she was great to work with and speedy with responding.

Spring break Getaway

Home was just as described- perfect location. Even saw a Mama Bear and 2 cubs. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. The house was perfect for us and one of the nicer cabins we have stayed in. The property manager was great with communication and details for our stay. We are hoping to go back and stay again soon! Highly recommend this property :)

We absolutely loved this house!! It was perfect for our large group and the management team was great! The home is a short distance to the heart of gatlinburg and not too far from Pigeon Forge and elsewhere. We would come back to the area just for this house. The kids loved the pool and so much space for everyone.

Magical getaway in the mountains

We absolutely loved the newest cabin of Smoky Mountains Vacations Eagles Landing Lodge! The cabin has the most amazing views, incredible amenities (our favorite is the pool) and everything else you could imagine for a vacation. Just bring your necessities and go relax by the fire pit or sit in the hot tub, watch a football game or movie on the 100" TV in the theatre area, drive five minutes down to Gatlinburg, go on a hike to a waterfall, we did it all. There is just too much to list! This cabin by far supersedes other typical cabins, it is well worth the money. We can't wait to go back next year. If your group is too big for this cabin, then get their sister cabin next door also. They are both easily connected by walkways. See you guys next year!

Eagles Landing Lodge was meticulously and lovingly designed. We spared no expense and overlooked no detail for your comfort. Our family, including our kids and grandkids, totals 25. This is our family vacation home and it is truly a spectacular place. We are happy to be able to share it with others while it is not being used by our family. We know that you will absolutely love making your family memories in this million dollar luxury lodge as much as we do!

Eagles Landing Lodge was designed with large families in mind. Complete with a bunk room and 7-person hot tub, and a pool, our 15 grandchildren love to also play pool and shuffle-board, and watch movies in the theater area.

We are one of a few lodges in Gatlinburg that offers an outdoor living area, complete with a fire pit, for being able to sit out in the evening to enjoy the beautiful night skies that are afforded from this mountaintop location.

Eagles Landing Lodge has an impressive kitchen where the whole family can gather in the giant main level living area. The dining table is a work of art and was a custom commissioned piece designed and built by an artisan for large groups to be able to share a meal and time together around the table.

The theater area is outfitted with a 100" TV with 6 ultra comfortable reclining chairs and a bar top area with comfy bar stools.
