You'll be a matter of steps from the waters of Boothbay Harbor at this comfortable coastal retreat, enviably situated near the very heart of town. This is a place for gorgeous days spent kayaking, whale watching, and strolling to charming shops and restaurants downtown.
This two-story apartment is part of a larger home (with its own private entrance) that sits one house up from the tip of the harbor itself. It's a walker's delight, with driveway parking provided and so much within a one-mile stroll (including all of downtown, the Boothbay Harbor Footbridge, Boothbay Lobster Wharf, and Barrett Park). This is a prime spot for day-trippers as well, whether you head to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens (three miles) or out to Monhegan Island.
The house is full of the simple charms of the Midcoast. Relax outside on the patio and get the gas grill going for lunch, or wander across the street to Brady's for an alfresco meal on the water.
The main floor brings together a sunny living room with a smart TV and an eat-in kitchen with every essential. There's high-speed WiFi throughout, as well as a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs. When it's time to turn in, sleep soundly in one bedroom downstairs and three more on the second floor.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
