This place was perfect for visiting friends at Fort Leonard Wood. It's also close to wonderful nature activities in the Ozarks. It's a pet-friendly place with a full kitchen that we put to good use. They had everything there for us including pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. The fenced in backyard was a plus as well so that we didn't have to leash our dog for "potty time".

The VRBO was in a great location to FLW. We had 8 family members stay in this house and it was very comfortable with lots of room. It was stocked with some essentials such as coffee, dish soap, shampoo. The house could use some updates as the carpet is old and worn. The garage wasn’t clean, the garbage was full. A critter had gotten into one of the cans and we had to clean up the trash. The backyard was a nice size but there was solo cups and other trash in the yard. The furniture was weathered, cracked and broken.

Wet towels, musty smell, no full length mirror. Was asked to put trash cans out and load things in washer. We paid 100.00 cleaning fee, it is unreasonable to expect guests to do ANY cleaning. The house was okay, just probably needs an actual deep cleaning. Not terrible, but definitely not worth 500.00 bucks.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The owner was very upfront before our arrival and let me know that the property might be a little small for the size of our group, but gave me the option to decide if I still wanted to book. I’m so glad I did because it turned out to be PERFECT!We were in town for my son’s Army graduation, so this was already a very special and emotional trip for us. Having such a clean, cozy, comfortable place to come back to made it even better. The property had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, plenty of amenities, extra blankets that were perfect for making pallets for the kids, and even games for the family to enjoy together.Lauren was Awesome, The home was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully stocked. We were able to cook, relax, spend time together, and truly feel at home during such an important family milestone. What was initially described as possibly being a little small ended up being exactly what we needed.I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend this property to other families. Thank you for helping make our son’s Army graduation weekend even more memorable!

Property is conveniently located to everywhere in Waynesville and Fort Leonardwood. It was a safe neighborhood. Upon check-in, we realized the air-conditioning was not working, the host immediately responded and within one hour maintenance was there and had the air conditioning fixed! The home is very well stocked with extra blankets, pillows, dishes, pots, and pans. There are spices available, which was nice. I would definitely stay here again. Very reasonably priced for an excellent stay!

Great location, very easy to find and close to downtown Waynesville and shopping in St Roberts. The home was exactly as described and very well kept and comfortable. We would definitely stay again

The good: easy access to town and Fort Leonard Wood. Owner was great to work with. Pantry was good, all amenities there. The ok: This place could use an update. Carpet is old and the pad shows through. Seams can be see everywhere. The beds also need replaced. Not comfortable and the bunk beds are not big enough for adults. Also, sleep didn't come easy with the highway noise. This place is cute but well used. Not worth what we spent when compared to other VRBO stays.

Plenty of space

It was so nice to each have separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen and dining room were used and helped us relax after our long travels.We would gladly stay here again .
