The suite has its own private entrance and fully fenced yard, creating a peaceful, independent space to unwind after a full day out. It’s an easy and practical launchpad for everything Reno has to offer. From major events like Hot August Nights, the Balloon Race, Air Races, Rib Cook-Off, and ski season, to everyday dining, shopping, and entertainment.

You’re just a short drive to the airport, with ski resorts about 45 minutes away, making this location ideal year-round.

The Space

The entire unit is exclusively yours during your stay. The layout is thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring:

• A private bedroom with a king-size bed
• A living room with a pull-out couch for additional sleeping space
• A convenient kitchenette for light meals and snacks
• A full bathroom
• A separate, fenced-in yard, completely independent from the upstairs unit

Whether you’re staying a couple of nights or settling in for a longer visit, this space is designed to feel easy, quiet, and comfortable.

Self check-in is provided via lockbox.
Your access code will be shared on the day of your reservation.

• The lockbox is located next to the glass sliding door, which is the only entrance and exit for this unit
• Please use the LEFT-SIDE GATE of the house to access the entrance and lockbox
• If you anticipate checking in after 8:00 PM, kindly let us know in advance so we can assist if needed
