Casa Del Mar is the best location to stay at now visiting Galveston Island. It’s central location to all the Galveston has to offer makes it easy to walk bike or drive too many nearby restaurants, shops and of course the beach!

Great spot for a quick getaway.

The property was in a great location just steps across the road to the beach. Great onsite pools as well.

This unit has an absolutely amazing view. The unit provided me and my two children enough space to stay during our visit. The chair service and umbrella was fabulous. The service is not directly in front of the property, but it is a very short walk down the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Time

Condo was in perfect shape, clean and everything worked as it should. Had everything we needed - was really impressed with the view as the condo is up front of the complex and not on the sides.

Great condo!

I've stayed at other condos on this property and this one by far is my favorite! It's cleanliness, modern upgrades, and beautifully simple style was very appealing. The furniture appeared brand new. It is ocean-front, so tea on the balcony looking directly at the ocean is the best! Great host, great location, great space. I will book this one again!

Beach view

Great location just across the seawall from the neach. Place was nice , well kept, easy access to and from the street. Unit was great, and comfortable. Ceiling fans would make it perfect. We would stay there again.

Loved the view

Easy access, convenient parking options, and beautiful view.Everything went very smoothly and communication with Alicia was a breeze. The view from the balcony was perfect overlooking the seawall. Parking was no issue and it was nice that it was covered in most areas. The pools were clean and well taken care of. And finally, the gazebo area with the picnic tables and grills for cooking out were clean and ready to use.My only suggestions or minor inconveniences we encountered were the master bedroom comforter was stained, alot of the towels were stained, one of the burners on the stove didnt work, and most of all the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to open. It would catch on the track everytime we went in or out.With a few minor touches, this place would be 100% perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Be prepared.

The property was clean and very easily accessible. Parking is more than ample. In all the years of using VRBO this is the first time that the property did not have toiletries in the bathroom or a full-size coffee maker. I was prepared with the toiletries, but as my husband and I are big coffee drinkers, we had to make several pots each morning.

Not clean

When we first checked in, there was a strange smell we got into the kitchen area. Stove was completely dirty floor in the kitchen was completely dirty went into the bathroom. It was hair and blood on the shower curtain. The tub was filthy so we spent the first hour there cleaning

Labor Day stay

It was nice and close to the beach. We've stayed there before but not in this actual condo. They said they provided soap but it was not very full and sprayed out foam instead of soap and you couldn't use it in the shower. There was not any kleenex which would have been helpful too especially with Texas allergies. We only got to take advantage of the beach chairs and umbrellas one time since it was raining most of the time. I don't know that we'll stay there again.

Rented this for a honeymoon get away for my daughter and they had an amazing time. Unit was clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Owner was great with communication and walking me throhgh the process since I had never used VRBO before. We will definetly be returning ourselves.
