Topsider has strict bi-laws and condo rules with fines attached. Many owners live here full time and we like our neighbors. Here is a list of items to note:

• Enjoy the views, and keep personal belongings such as wet towels and bathing suits hanging in the bathroom to dry not on the balcony or any outdoor railings. Toss your wet suits and towels in the dryer instead.
• Follow all pool rules and be respectful to others using the pool. Pool rules are posted around the pool. There are restrooms next to the pool for your use.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Refrain from loud music, shouting, and disruptive behaviors at all times.
• When leaving, you must turn off the main water line valve located in the laundry room and notify the property manager you have left.
• Absolutely no pets allowed. If you have a service animal you must contact the property management BEFORE booking to avoid extra fees.
-The maximum occupancy is six people, no matter the age.

Located in the heart of Osage Beach, at the historic location of “The Clown” and Topsider, and next to the Grand Glaze Bridge. Free parking on premises, first come first serve. Trailer parking at the top of the hill only.
Please note, Topsider Building 4-5 are still being built. “Lakeside Heaven 511” Penthouse is located in Building 2. Ground floor parking is actually level 3. The elevator is located in Building 2 or walk up two flights to the 5th Floor.
