Hidden Gem: Secluded Nook in Silverlake hills

This unique & tranquil getaway, nestled into the Silver Lake Hills, offers a cozy place to relax & unwind. You'll be able to enjoy the breezes and the green hillsides. Perfect whether you're here on business or pleasure! Easy walk to nearby local coffee shops, eateries & boutiques. Nearby attractions include Griffith Park, the Greek Theatre, the LA Zoo, and the Hollywood Bowl. Downtown LA is a short 20-minute drive and with easy freeway access, you can be to the beach cities within an hour.

Our secluded nook offers a studio-like setting, dining and seating area, along with a full kitchen, separate small bathroom, slim shower stall, dressing area and ROKU TV and wifi.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove/oven, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, pots and pans, and utensils, as well as an abundance of cabinet space for extra storage. There's also a toaster, electric kettle, french press, drip coffee machine, a Corsair Gooseneck Kettle with preset temperature settings, and a Brita water filter.

In the bathroom, you'll find a full-size mirror, hairdryer, full ironing board, iron, and convenient handheld clothes steamer.

Step out your door to a beautiful private deck that offers a serene space surrounded by lush trees and potted succulents, a perfect spot to dine, enjoy some reading, or practice yoga.

Despite being nestled in the hills a short stroll will get you to local establishments like LAMILL Coffee, Alimento, L&E Oyster Bar, The Silver Lake House (by Leila Thai), and Botanica Restaurant and Market, as well as Sunset Junction nearby.

Also, in close proximity are Whole Foods, Gelsons, Trader Joe's, and a weekly neighborhood Farmer's Market perfect to stock up on all your grocery needs.

Guest Access:

Guests first access the lockbox via a shared gated courtyard and then gain access to the patio and entrance to the Nook via a private security gate and down the well-lit staircase.

During your stay, you will have sole access to the studio, including the private use of the outdoor deck area specific to your space. Please keep in mind, that there are two other units in the building: one above you and one on the other side of the building. All places have their own entrances and are completely private from one another.

The $250 cleaning charge encompasses a required mid-stay full cleaning fee that we will arrange with you once your booking has been confirmed.

The common space to the Nook is shared and guests need to be mindful of noise levels while entering and exiting. There are 2 private patios - one for the nook and one for the resident tenant in the upper unit. Please keep to the Nook's area only.

Due to serene and quiet surroundings please plan work-related meetings, and social gatherings/parties, off the property and avoid cell phone conversations outdoors. Please respect the quiet hours between 9pm-9am. Thank you.

No personal or business mail is to be delivered to the property. If ordering Amazon, please use the "Amazon Locker" pick-up option nearby. Thanks.

Charging of EV vehicles is not permitted on-site. Please use one of the many local EV Charging Stations. Thanks.

There is a strict non-smoking policy both inside and outside the Nook, including on the deck, side stairs, and entrance courtyard. Smoking is only permitted outside the gated entrance on the street.
