Location is great! We were provided the incorrect Wi-Fi info but after going back to the office got that straightened out. The shower heads could use replacements Overall great property

Need remodeling

The apt. has a good location, but the furniture is old. Bathrooms needs remodeling. Outlets not working good. Smell like old inside. One of the bed sheets with some stains.

First time and we'll be back!

This was our first time at the Princesa and what a weekend we had! This room has a great location on the ground floor, close proximity to the beach and literally steps away from the swim-up bar pool. They've really made some nice renovations that make the resort a super Rocky Point destination. They have a restaurant right near the room with delicious bottomless mimosas, food to write home about, and the friendliest, kindest staff from the waiters, to the front desk, to the housekeepers. So much to love! I would be prepared for what could be a long check-in process if it's a busy weekend. The lobby was full with the line out the door and only one person working. We figured it all out but just reflecting on what could be improved. The room was comfortable and the A/C worked amazing! There's also a washer and dryer which we did not use, but very nice to have. The home has everything you could want but it is in need of a few repairs (the patio handle was barely hanging on when we arrived and kitchen tiles are missing, etc). Nothing that bothered us but just noted. We made some fabulous memories in one of our favorite places--thank you for hosting us!

Loved our condo

It was our first time staying there and we were really impressed with how nice the condo was. Just wish the master had a king bed since my husband and myself sleep with our 1yr old.

Great place!

The location was perfect! The host truly thought of everything when renting the property. Coming from the U.S and not knowing exactly What to bring with three small children, this rental had at all. I did have a few maintenance issues but they were resolved with the hotel itself. The front security door was not locking, the faucet wouldn’t turn off so water ran for about 5 hours before maintenance got there to turn it off. Then they spent over 5 hours in the unit trying to fix it…a little frustrating. But nothing was a deal breaker. We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.
