Other things to note

★ NO SMOKING, PARTIES, PETS ★
We kindly ask all our guests to respect our lovely home and avoid any partying on the property. Smoking and pets are also not allowed.



★ POOL SAFETY RULES ★
Please note that there is no fence around the pool. The house is not suitable for children, if there are children they must be supervised at all times while at the pool area. We would also like to mention that glass containers are not allowed in or around the pool.

★ EXTERIOR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE ★
To ensure the maximum safety of our guests, we have installed 24/7 surveillance covering the front of the house. These cameras are not actively monitored.

★ EXTERIOR NOISE MONITOR ★
There is a noise monitoring system in the backyard that will measure the decibels. We will be notified if there is above reasonable levels. It does not record any audio and has no camera.

★ Pet Cleaning Fee★
There is no pets allowed. If it is discovered that an undisclosed pet is brought, a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged.

No unregistered guests allowed.

Other things to note
We want to maintain a good relationship with with the city and neighbors. The city of Scottsdale is cracking down on Airbnb's. No unregistered guests allowed even if they are only visiting and not spending the night. No noise beyond reasonable levels any time of the day. Quiet hours at 10pm in the backyard, please keep it inside the house after then. Guests will be asked to leave with no refund if any of the rules above are broken.

City of Scottsdale does not issue warnings for excessive noise and will ticket you $1000 if they are called to the premise.

No confetti or glitter allowed. There will be a $250 fee if any confetti or glitter is discovered.

Quiet hours in backyard after 10pm in order to maintain a good relationship with the city and neighbors.

There will be a pool person and landscaper stopping by to maintain the pool once a week for about an hour. During the hotter time of the year they may be stopping by twice a week for pool servicing. They are currently servicing the pool tuesday and friday. These dates are subject to change.
