MEETS THE NEED
Mr Bob as the neighbor calls him is great!Very responsive and accommodating. The place was clean and meet our needs for lodging. The neighbors were very friendly and helped us with our bags. I rate this place a 7 out of 10 because there was a small love seat in the kitchen and that was the only area for fellowship, other than gathering in a bedroom. The smell of weed from outside gave me a headache but (realize that this is out of the hosts control, I’m only mentioning it so that future tenants can make their decision on whether to book or not.Beds were very comfortable and the space was ample. There are three flights of steps (front porch, the main entrance area and then the landing to the living, sleeping and kitchen space). Appliances are modern and clean. Bathroom is nice with large rain shower head and hot water. I would recommend this place because it has all of the basics and it’s convenient to downtown but I will say also that this is not a place for small children. It’s on a busy street, it’s across from a convenience store and it’s in an active neighborhood; police/ambulance sirens were common. Suggestions:1.Back porch steps/railing need repair asap. 2. Add Full length mirror in each bedroom or at least the bathroom 3. Add Soap dish in shower 4. Need drinking glasses(had cups but no glasses)
