Great house for a stay in New Orleans!

I came down with a group of friends for a weekend at Jazzfest and going out downtown and we had a blast! Quick distance to downtown with the quiet and peacefulness to get away and enjoy the space. The backyard is great with the pool and plenty of space inside to enjoy, relax and cook with two kitchens. Thank you for letting us use your home!

Great property in a neighborhood

The house was really fun, with two kitchens and two living room areas. The AC worked really well, which was a great plus. The house is a little funky and could be cleaner, but was a great stay!

Nice Place - Unique Location

My overall stay was decent...I have to say that I was very disappointed that owner was not very understanding to my situation I became very ill a day before my scheduled travel and shared this with the owner along with the names of other Adult guests that would be staying he refused to hear my plea to allow the other guests to check-in without me so I had travel being ill so that my guests would have somewhere to stay...I stayed in the bed self-medicating the entire time of the stay and he never even looked at my ID... I had taken out the insurance coverage for any possible damages which I know there would be any but he asked if I could pay addtional money if I wasn't going to come...I will not recommend staying if you don't list yourself and someone because life sitatuation do occur and on top of this my booking had been IN FULL over a year ago so money/payment was not issue for me. I was very disappointed in how Kayne handled this. Any be wear if you rent he will be one to two houses over watching and needing to come to the house for odd reasons!

Fun and safe property right outside of downtown New Orleans

This 3-story property is very unique and was everything my friends and I were hoping for and more. The pool was the perfect size and the empty lot next to the property was very convenient for playing lawn games. The house is also just a short drive to the French Quarter that avoids the interstate, so no need to worry about fighting traffic to get there. The neighborhood and area is also very safe and quiet, especially compared to other parts of the city. The observation deck on the 3rd floor is super cool and something you should see for yourself! I appreciate how easy the host was to work with and both the check-in and check-out processes were simple and clearly communicated. I truly cannot recommend this property enough!

Kayne is an incredible host. His excellent communication made the booking and check in/out processes smooth and simple. He was also more than happy to help answer any questions we had. Gorgeous house/ property that is exactly as advertise and was perfect for a large group.

Great NOLA Getaway

Kayne’s place was absolutely perfect for 11 of us who visited for my son’s Senior Trip. The split level allowed for plenty of privacy. There were two different living areas and kitchen areas so the young adults had a place to chill away from us old folks. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to do a little cooking. The pool was perfect to help us cool down from the hot July temps and there were some floats available to relax in. I went for walks a couple of days in the neighborhood and there is even a historic building behind the house I was able to read about. The house was close enough to all of the tourist attractions but far enough away to allow for Some privacy. There was even a really nice welcoming message wishing them a happy Senior trip. The only issues we had were the house has areas that were very warm because of the temperature. The two main living areas were ok if you kept the doors closed off but there was no way to sleep on the 3rd level unless you can sleep in the heat. Also, would recommend hooks in the master bathroom to hang a towel or robe. There was a leak of some sort but the owner was responsive regarding that. Even with those issues, I would rate the stay a 10/10!

Family trop to NOLO

This house was a great home base for exploring areas in and around New Orleans. This distance was good to be able to reach the French Quarter during the day or for dinner and then return to a quiet neighborhood a short drive away. The kids enjoyed the pool and the fenced in back yard was helpful. We enjoyed walking and running along the foot trail on top of the levee next to the Mississippi River a block away from the home.

Plenty of great space - indoor and out!

We were the first guests to stay at this property as a VRBO listing. The host was excellent at communicating before and during our stay. The house has been updated in a very creative way with lots of unique features. We had plenty of room with two families. The 2nd floor has its own kitchen and mini fridge as well as a seperate entrance to give each family space if needed. Has a great pool and nearby green space for the kids to play! It only took us 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter and Superdome even during peak events such as the Sugar Bowl.
