Staying there was a lot of fun, but the parking was not good at all. Can’t fit into the garage that you provided had to park six blocks away and the first night not knowing the area. My van got towed away but the stay there was awesome. Had a great time.

My stay at this location was great, I initially was having an issue with the code to open the door and I sent a message to the contact for my stay and they responded immediately with a phone call to enjoy that my issue was resolved. It was not the door I’m sure that it was user error but again together we figured it out. The contact provided their personal cell phone to allow me to contact them directly and immediately if I had any further concerns which for me was amazing. I alway say a business survives with GREAT customer service and they provided it so with that I give them my full recommendation!!!!!!

San Diego Mission Beach

My family truly enjoyed the home. We arrived and walked into a spotless clean home with updated appliances and decor. I highly recommend this location.

Location can’t be beat, location is perfect. Nikolas was a great communicator. Not willing to hate on the place but things need to be tightened up is what I would say. Access steps upstairs being soaked with bleach water everyday was a slippery situation.

Unit does need some updates but minor. Views are fantastic and golf cart a lot of fun . Will be back for sure. Second time at Hamilton Cove, we love it there.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! Right next to Bellmont Park and Mission Beach. The property was amazing. The only thing I have negative to say, is there is no A/C...but you are right next to the beach so you get the ocean breaze.

Great location

We really enjoyed this location. So close to everything we wanted to do. With a multi-generational vacation we wanted to make sure fun activities for everyone were close by and they were. The only concern, if any, would be the parking. The garage is a tight fit so larger vehicles will need to find parking close by. Which fortunately we were able to do. The host was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come again.

Family Trip

The location of the home is awesome. The only issue we had was the size of the garage. If you have a vehicle make sure that it is a compact car or it will not fit. The host is very pleasant and willing to help with any isssues that arise. I would definitely returm to stay.

Amazing condo

They condo was amazing and the host he help me lot with getting access to the property. I had an excellent experience. The condominium is very spacious. Definitely would come again. There’s only thing is a garage is a tight fit. I had to outside the property. we are next bellmount park to u can park there until 12am and go to street parking. Overall great place to stay in.

Too busy of a location for us. Lot's of street traffic and noise. No place to park a full size car. If I was in my 20's, I would have loved the hustle and bustle.

They were very responsive in the chat when a code for the garage was given wrong and the kitchen was great with updated appliances as well as the bathrooms. However, the exterior of the venue could use some work. The tiles on the ground leading to the upper deck were broken and created a tripping hazard. The hallways could use some cleaning, not all windows had screens, no ac, no WiFi, and the garage is VERY small. Doesn’t even fit a Jetta. But, they did have plenty of fans and the location was great!

Over All Enjoyed With a Few Disappointments

The inside of the rental was comfortable and as listed, however the balcony was dirty and not inviting. The rooftop deck furniture was old and falling apart, not as photographed. No Hot Tub as listed in the amenities. The parking was a disaster. The garage only has room for a small clown car. I have a regular sized vehicle and still could not fit. I did find overnight parking down the street on my own. A bit of a walk but ok. The host did not have any helpful suggestions once I notified them I could not fit in the parking. (Response was well its the beach that's just how it is). That being said it was right next to the beach and shops which is what we were looking for.

Could be better!

We have mixed reviews about our stay. It’s always easy to point out the bad stuff, unfortunately. We sent a message though the app a day before with questions. No one ever replied to that. We were extremely frustrated that it took over half an hour past our check in time for you to communicate on how to enter. We sat in the car while I tried to get a hold of someone. As a first time VRBO user, we immediately thought it was a mistake not getting a hotel. The stuff in the garage prevented us from parking our car in there. renters in other units let the car stick out, but I was afraid your items in the garage would be stolen if left open. The down stairs shower door barely moves. We could not close it and therefore left it open while showering. And while the unit appeared mostly clean, my wife ran from a cockroach. I’m not sure where this leaves us as future renters using this platform.

Nice place close to Pacific Beach. Loud area for family tho. Should have maybe stayed on the bay side. Parking is an issue if you have a large vehicle. Can park in a garage about a 30 minute walk from the unit.

First of all, parking is not easy and having rented in this area you should expect that, I suggest an renting a very small SUV,, maybe a golf cart. This property has an updated kitchen area, but the rest of the unit is pretty worn down,,, outside is access is up old staircase, downstairs bathroom door drags, hot water takes 10-15 minutes to get to the shower, kitchen chairs are breaking, curtains are see thru, king bedroom door lets light thru ut from a common hallway that has doors that don't shut,, we refused to sleep in that room. Rooftop area is not a place to sit, and no firepit. The location is not a quiet area andwe listened to motorcycle and car racing noise until after midnight. Unit advertised as having a washer, dryer, and hot tub,,,, this is not true. I do want to state the property managers were very responsive to our questions regarding the internet and we did get to check in early. We have rented numerous times in this area and I think the pricing for this unit is way too high for the condition and location of this unit. Nicholas was very helpful, but not much he could do with the location and condition of the unit. I would recommend this place if you are doing a very last second short term rental,,
