BnB Homes Jardim Cozy Apartment with 2 swimming pools near the Old Town is located in the heart of the tourist’s favorite south coast resort Portugal - Albufeira, within walking distance to the Old Town, Beaches and Marina.
Being a part of the famous Jardim, our apartment is a perfect getaway for young couples and families. The entire complex is located close to the Beach Peneco, which makes it a perfect destination for short- and long-term vacation in any season.
The brand new fully furnished cozy studio apartment is a modern, designed in a minimalistic style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for each guest. Focusing on your comfort, the 35 m² large apartment is an excellent fit to accommodate 4 people.
The configuration of apartments is as follows: studio with a full-size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables; a large 1 sofa - bed, Smart TV LED - 40'' (YouTube, Netflix and 160 satellite channels for our guests), a bathroom with a shower cabin, a fully equipped kitchen and sunny panoramic terrace with dining tables and comfortable chairs.
Our apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has essential appliances, including a stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwashing machine, a washing machine, a fridge, a water kettle, a toaster a coffee machine etc.
Our apartment is equipped with an air conditioner, which can be used for both cooling and heating.

What is available to the guests:
Our apartments offer the high-speed Internet - up to 300 Mb, WI-FI is free for our guests.
Tea, coffee and kitchen spices are available for our guests to use in the apartment.
We provide each guest a linen and a set of towels for using in the apartment, on the pool and on the beach.
Showers and toilets are available on the territory of the pools for our guests.
To create complete silence in the rooms, guests can use electric blinds, the control keys are located next to the windows in all rooms.
If you are travelling with infants, our apartment has a baby cot and a high chair, both provided free of charge for our guests. Please notify us in advance.
For the safety of guests, the apartment has a safe-box for documents and valuables.
Guests of our apartment have access to both swimming pools for adults (depth up to 3 m) and kids (depth up to 50 cm), from 09.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m. The sun loungers and the beach towels are also free of charge for our guests.
On the territory of the complex, our guests have access to a tennis court and a football field (the cost of renting a tennis court is 5 euros per hour for 1 player).
On the territory of the complex next to the swimming pool there is a bar and restaurant serving local cuisine, which are equipped with an outdoor dining area with sun umbrellas.
Free parking is available on the complex’s premises.

Check-in:
For our guests we use self-check-in after 3:00 p.m.
The guests will receive detailed instructions 1 day in advance for check-in via website chat and email.
If you require any special arrangements due to early or late arrivals, please let us know in advance.

Health and safety:
Our team is strictly concerned about health and security of our guests!
We use the professional standards of cleaning and hygiene in our apartment for our guests.
For your own safety, guests can use masks and antiseptics, which are available in the apartments.
The first aid kit in apartment is equipped with thermometer and all the necessities.

Transfer & Transport:
If you need a transfer, you can write to us in advance, and our partners will give you the best price (35 eu from airport Faro).
Faro Airport is situated in 40 km from our location, which shouldn't take more than 30 minutes by car, depending on the traffic.
The nearest bus stop is 400 m away.
The easiest way of getting around in Albufeira is either walking or renting a car.
If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our car rental partners - they can meet you at the Faro airport and provide you with the best options.

Swimming pools opening hours are available from 09.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m.
