Nestled in a quiet Cau-de-sac and set amongst trees is this quaint, fully fenced, pet friendly, cottage. A BBQ and Outside table sit under the trees which is frequented by Tui's and Bellbirds. There is a kennel with water and food bowls for your precious pet. The cottage is 3 bedrooms,1 bathroom with a welcoming entrance, lounge with newly installed heat pump and fireplace, Sky and Wi-Fi, Dining seating for 6 people, bathroom which includes toilet and shower over Shub, well equipped kitchen, Dining seating for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, laundry, carport and on street parking. This home is 5, minutes' walk to town and Beach. Check out the many restaurants or maybe catch a movie or just go for a stroll down to the lake. The Te Anau Club, and Sports bar or takeaway fish and chips is even closer at the end of the street. Seeing is believing!!
Price $200 first couple $50 each person after that.

Great spot,Love how they had plenty of wood if we decided to light the fire.Just few few things that could easily be tweaked is a ice tray for drinks and the internet instructions could say which “user” and then the password for us the tv instructions could be clearer once you turn it on by one remote and then which selection to be able to get TV.

Excellent bach, basic but very well cared for. We arrived late on a cold wet night and found the house warm and welcoming, with the heat pump on for us and the fire laid, ready to light. Thank-you!Very handy to the main street, cafes and lakefront yet quiet. A great base.

Our get away.

Excellent warm comfortable home. Heat pump already on on arrival. So lovely and warm on arrival. Easy walk to town and lake. Good communication made for easy check in. Thankyou.

Te Anau stay

Clean and tidy older style house that was perfect for our family visit to Te Anau. The house is located very close to the town centre and other central attractions and good base to explore Milford Sound and access to many trout fishing rivers.

Perfect holiday home

The house is Te Anau was what we were looking for. The location is excellent, the house was in good shape and communication with the host was great. I recommend a stay here.

Very convenient location and ample space

This property was an easy walk to Te Anua Town Center. Lots of space available in this home and so good to have a washer and dryer and a sturdy drying rack. Ample towels and bedding. The beds were a bit hard for our tastes and the sofa a bit lumpy and difficult to get up from. Adding a larger mirror in the bathroom would be helpful or even a full length one somewhere in the house would be nice. Nice safe, secure, quiet location with ample windows and good shades for light control.wo

Quiet well-equipped house

The house is in a nice quiet location but is close to the town. The house is well-equipped with most things that you need for a week; could do with a bit of updating and more crockery/cutlery but it met our needs. Comfortable beds and good shower. It was good to have BBQ, heatpump, outdoor seating, car port, dishwasher and washing line which not always available in other baches. We had a good week of weather in Te Anau and enjoyed our stay.

Nice place great location

Very functional cottage had everything we needed and plenty of space. Very short walk to town great location. Owner responded immediately to any communication. Would stay here again.

Such an awesome location, and the cupboards were well stocked.We couldn't get comfortable at all on the couch and dragged in our own deck chairs. Also, the two double beds were ridiculously hard and not to the taste of our group.Also,

Very clean, spacious, basic Bach

Very clean, spacious, basic Bach; comfortable seating and beds; lounge heated quickly when cold and was also cooled by breeze when it’s hot. The outdoor space is great. And very convenient for town. We had a comfortable stay there.Just one thing: the local recycling/dump station on the Manipura road didn’t take rubbish although it said it did, so we had to dispose of our rubbish in a waste bin in the town.

Well appointed, clean and well located

Large property with lots of space for everyone to keep their distance in the middle of a long family trip! Good value and location compared to many other private rentals in Te Anau (the town does seem particularly pricey). Furnishings and kitchen outfit feel a little dated but do not detract from the overall comfort, and I think are quite representative of other accommodations in the area. Kitchen was well-appointed with lots of space, everything works and you can cook up a big meal if you wish. A good place to catch your breath for a couple of nights.

Clean and Warm

Comfortable little house, with a well fenced private section. Was a cold weekend and the house was lovely and warm, with a heat pump and fire available. Great location, across the road from the club, and a short walk into town. House had everything we needed.
