Everlong Residential presents our comfy updated 3BR Biddleville home centrally located less than a mile from Uptown Charlotte. An open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, 2 full baths, and fully stocked kitchen await. Step out from the primary BR onto the massive rear deck to grill out or bask in the sun, and enjoy the firepit when the sun goes down. The fully fenced back yard ensures your privacy, and the home provides some of the best city views around. A great getaway spot for football games!
The living room opens up into the dining area which seats up to eight. On your left is the fully stocked kitchen. Beyond the dining area are the three bedrooms featuring a King sized bedin the primary with Queen sized beds in the two others. In the primary bedroom, you will find a dedicated workspace and the double doors open onto the expansive rear deck. On the right side of the home you will find a grill ready to BBQ. The back yard is fully fenced with a firepit and outdoor on the deck.
The entire home and yard is available to guests.
We are just a quick message away if you need anything. As 28x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right.
Situated less than one mile west of Uptown Charlotte, the area is walkable with Five Points Park nearby, as well as Stewart Creek Greenway. Food and drink highlights include a great bakery called The Batch House, Blue Blaze Brewing, Jet's Pizza, and KokoMo's Coffeehouse.
The CityLynx Gold Line Light Rail access is a 10 minute walk, there are bus stops nearby, and Uber and Lyft are always great options.

Exterior security cameras present: We have a doorbell camera at the front door, one at the driveway, right side of the home (when looking face on), rear deck, and fire pit. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.
***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.
Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $1,500 for content and $1,500 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*
*Please note that in the event of a cancellation by a guest, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any applicable credit card processing fees.**
