Luxury two-level loft located in the heart of one of Montreal's most desirable neighbourhoods, with stunning views facing Square-Victoria park.
Walking distance from Montreal's Old Port and St-Catherine's street with shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and metro stations near-by.
Immediately surrounded by numerous cafés, restaurants, bars and pubs.
Organic market across the street.
Upscale and safe building, stylish modern interiors, private terrace/balcony and secured underground parking for one car.
The loft has lots of natural light, mornings and afternoons and is fully equipped for longer stays.
It has an open plan kitchen space with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, oven and everything you might need for cooking. Multiple coffee makers and an Nespresso coffee machine.
Living room includes a queen size sofa-bed with memory foam mattress, an electric fireplace for those cold winters as well as a 65" Roku tv with Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Disney plus, Youtube..
The loft has a large kitchen island which can sit three people as well as an extra breakfast/ dining table for two. There is also a Kawaii electric piano at the entrance.
Upstairs has a king size bed with memory foam mattress and tv, two dedicated office areas, lots of closet space and a washer and dryer machine.
Main upstairs bathroom has a shower and a bath tub.
There is also a private balcony with courtyard view, couch and dining table for two.
The loft is approximately 1100sf.
You will also have access to the gym on the second floor and the communal courtyard.
Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple.
Pets are welcome.
