Juniper Landing unit 905.
Experience an exquisite Park City home in Juniper Landing, featuring 3 en suite bedrooms and a wonderful living area overlooking the pool. With 1650 sq. ft, the townhome has ample space for a family of 8 or is the perfect getaway for 3 couples. Entering though the large, double garage ensures you don't carry equipment any further than necessary after a day on the slopes. Once in the house, the stunning living area has a cozy gas fire, beautiful dining area and fully functioning high end kitchen. The master bedrooms are upstairs, with a king suite and a queen suite, both offering large ensuite bathrooms and dressing areas. Both have access to external decks, great for morning coffee or stargazing at night! Also on the upper floor is a large capacity washer and drier. The third bedroom, situated on the main floor, has double bunks and another beautiful ensuite bathroom. For additional sleeping there is a high quality sofa bed in the living room. The home has central A/C, an increasingly sought after amenity in the summer in Park City. The pool complex is one of the best in the area, and open all year. Sporting a 25 yard, heated, salt water pool, large hot tub, fire pit and fitness center which includes a sauna and changing rooms you will soon see why.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed after booking. Minimum of $100 charge for any violation.
A security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file a day before arrival and released within 6 days of departure.
No Smoking / No Pets (any service animals must be pre-authorized)

We stayed at this beautiful property right before Christmas. Everything around the property was lit up fantastically with Christmas lights! The condo is decorated beautifully and was more than enough room for our family of 3. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. One of the balconies is really close to the pool and there is a gate really close to the garage to get inside the pool area. The property is a short walk to the nearest gondola. Super convenient to get to skiing and short drives to grocery stores and restaurants. We’ll be back!

Perfect place and great location!
Had a great stay. Perfect layout for a family with 2 teens. Very clean and everyone had their own space. Location was also excellent. Short walk to gondola and Waldorf. Would highly recommend.

Spring Break 2024
Pros: conveniently located, clean, kitchen had all of the necessary items, well decorated.
Cons: master bedroom is very firm (if you prefer a medium firmness this isnt for you) the bedrooms face the pool and the lights at night shine through the light colored shades and to make it worse the neighbors balconey is right by the bedroom windows so two of the nights we had to sleep with the room so light that it looked like a lamp had been turned on, the ac did not work and we had to sleep with the windows open (even though it was in the 30's at night the room felt stuffy and not cool enough for a good nights sleep.
I could have gotten past these issues but this is the biggest problem.... we were accused of breaking a pendant light over the kitchen island and they kept part of our deposit. This money was kept for something we definitely did not do. I am giving this an overall one star due to this issue. The property manager said it was broken when the cleaning crew arrived. It was not broken when we left. It would have to "have been hit pretty hard" to break like it did. We would have had no reason to even touch the lights and if we had broken it I would have gladly paid for it. I do not recommend this property due to the management company. This could have easily been something more expensive that they accuse someone of breaking.

Hi Tiffany, I am glad you had a great time at the condo and am sorry that the lights bothered you at night. There ae blinds on the windows, sorry they were not good enough. Sadly, I believe the nature of the rating and you picking the property to pieces, is more to do with the fact that we found a kitchen pedant to be broken after your visit. Yo had been very careful to not many very small pieces fo feedback, so the glaringly obvious broken light seems an odd omission. Anyhow when damages occur, unfortunately, as stated in the rental agreement, the renter is liable. I am very generous in general regarding damages, and will often give the benefit of the doubt on wear and tear, but this was clear cut accidental damage. I charged the price I found the product on the internet plus an hour of handyman labor. I believe that was very fair.
Finally, I have around 2000 reviews specifically written for me and my management company, which are essentially synonymous. I believe they speak volumes to the integrity of my business and its practices.

This is newly built complex nestled into the edge of the mountains, surrounded by beautiful pool, golf and wilderness views. The pool and health club facilities on site are fantastic amenities to have in the summer and winter alike. The house itself is a dream come true, and although having a private and rural feel, it is right in the center of the action and only 3 minutes walk to the Frostwood Gondola, so perfect for even the youngest in the family.

This townhome has been thoughtfully furnished to sleep up to 8, in 3 bedrooms. All three bedrooms have large ensuite bathrooms. The pool area is one of the best in the area, with a 25 ft salt water pool (that is always warm!), separate hot tub, and Gym / Steam Shower and Sauna. Being 3 minutes walk from the lift is a MASSIVE advantage that cannot be understated. Central air-conditioning is an increasingly sought after amenity in park City during the summer months.
