Sunset Private Studio

Summary:
Cozy 2nd floor studio with great breeze and amazing sound of the ocean's waves. It has a beautiful sunset view over the avenue with the trademark of Levittown's water tank. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay if you want to enjoy the beach and restaurants nearby. It is as far as 15-20 mins from the airport and 7 mins from the Bacardi Distillery.

The Space:
Sunset Studio was created with the idea of a bright and cozy place to wake up to a beautiful morning and have a good breakfast outside in the deck or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset and enjoy listening to the ocean's wave music. In a quiet neighborhood with quick access to cover all your needs, this studio is our second home to recharge our energy and goods vibes.

Guest Access:
Guest will access throughout the white gate and walk upstairs to their studio.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet neighborhood, where we are close friends with neighbors for a long period of 20 years and counting. You have nearby grocery stores, supermarkets, Rio Hondo Mall, restaurants (various type of food), bakery, fast food, gas stations, banks, police station, firefighter station, Laundromat, Hospital, Bars, gyms, Punta Salinas Beach, Barcardi Destillary, 15 mins to Casino and much more.

Getting Around:
I highly recommend renting a car or use Uber for transportation. There are many places to walk around, but public transportation is very limited and usually hardly on time.

Other Things to Note:
Access is with a door code given upon the day of check-in. The first-floor private garage is not for use of any guest. Only for owners. Noise should be kept on the 2nd floor, as the first floor is another apartment, which guests can be disturbed by outside noise.

Interaction with Guests:
I am always available to answer any questions at any time throughout the app's chat or by phone. I live in California, but often travel to Puerto Rico to follow up with the house needs, when home, I love to greet the guests and give them recommendations about my native city
