Welcome to our Lake Goodwin waterfront guest house! A wonderful place to kick back and relax! From the kitchen you can spot Lake Shoecraft out the back window & Lake Goodwin out the front! Enjoy the owner shared dock & your own beach area! Great for swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or floating! Water toys, floaties & beach towels available for guest use!!
Just 2 miles from the Paddle Pub! A delicious kid friendly restaurant & bar or 3 miles from our favorite espresso stand, Locals Espresso! As well as the local mini mart (The Lake Goodwin Store) which has almost anything you may have forgotten to bring along (even fishing gear!)
And… if you feel like getting out after a fun day on the water or relaxing you’re only 7 miles to Seattle Premium Outlets & Tulalip Casino!
Other fun things to do: 2 Lake Goodwin parks located nearby as well as Kayak Point Park with hiking trails is also just 3 miles away!
Enjoy your coffee from your private lake view deck (w/ a small propane fire pit table & barbecue) take in the view from the shared dock or relax in your private lawn area adjacent to the lake! During the Christmas Season, check out The Lights of Christmas! It’s a Warm Beach tradition less than 5 miles away! Oh & we forget to mention… there are plenty of games & a 2 person sit down Pac-Man table! Wi-Fi included! Can’t wait to host you!

What a gem!

One of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. Very clean, quiet, well stocked with everything you might need. Felt like a home away from home. We loved it and will stay here again when in the area.

This is an amazing, spacious yet cozy and private space with a sweet deck to relax overlooking Lake Goodwin. Impeccably appointed with quality furnishings and everything you would expect to make your stay comfortable.

Wow, this place is amazing

My husband and I stayed here two nights as a break in our travels and it was just what we needed. The view of the lakes are just beautiful and the property is lovely. The owner is easy to reach and friendly. This is probably the nicest VRBO we've stayed in to date. The decor is beautiful and they've thought of every detail to make this a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend.

Amazing Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at the guest house! The place was immaculate, decorated beautifully, and very comfortable. It was a perfect spot for us! Carrie was fantastic and accommodated us perfectly. Her surprise touches were a nice treat. We used the video and board games, and they added a bit of fun to our stay. I/We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing

Everything we needed…even that bit of butter in the fridge…..having all these little things gave us time to settle and relax before heading out for a big shop. Very convenient location….short drives to everywhere. Very quiet and lovely views. We would like to come back here on our next visit. Sincerely Thank You.

Peaceful Stay on the Lake

Such a wonderful stay and experience- the house was beautiful- immaculately clean with all the updates. We appreciated how much space it had; more so than we had originally anticipated. Also loved the laundry room- handy to do a load of laundry here and there. We also appreciated the small details- hygiene items in case we forgot, etc. our children would rate this a 100/10 due to the basketball court and PacMan table. Highly recommend and would stay here again!
