Welcome to Tequila Tides! This perfectly designed (with vacationers in mind) and newly built beach house is perfect for those who want a golf cart included with their stay, enjoy a private pool, love to take in stunning sunsets, and want plenty of space for friends and family!

Located centrally, you are in the perfect location to get to eateries, nightlife, shopping, etc. - just 3 blocks away, yet the beach is only about 5 minutes away by golf cart.

Guests can utilize a Golf Cart at no charge from Bron's Beach Carts. We encourage you to reserve the golf cart with Bron's Beach Carts as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

With parking 3-4 vehicles (no more than 4, including the golf cart) depending on size, as you pull up, you'll want to linger in this incredible outdoor space. A private pool is inviting you in, a pool bar with a TV is a great place to enjoy afternoon happy hours, and a dining table and chairs are perfect for outdoor meals together, along with outdoor living space for comfort and relaxation. Pool/Beach Toys are available for guest use as well!

Heading upstairs, you'll enter the living area with a sleeper sofa and a large TV. An open floor plan allows everyone to be together while cooking, dining, and enjoying the living space. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to prep, cook, serve, and dine! Don't forget the balcony to snap some pics of the incredible Port A sunsets and spot the ships passing through the channel.

Also on this main floor, you'll have a King Bedroom Suite with a private bathroom and a hallway guest bathroom.

Upstairs you'll enjoy another King Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom, and a Bunk Room with 2 bunk beds, twins over fulls. This 2nd floor also has a laundry room, and a huge bathroom for everyone to share on the 2nd floor.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is available for $50/day but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

Parking Details:
- 3-4 parking spots available, including space for one golf cart.
- Extra cars will be towed.
- Boat parking is allowed but not recommended due to parking space.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
