You’ll love my place because it is tastefully updated to modern amenites with Victorian finishes. Very open floorplan with kitchen and living area.‬ ‪Kitchen features a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave.‬ ‪Living Room has a smart TV, couch and chair.‬ ‪Washer and Dryer are in the laundry room by the courtyard.Bedroom is a queen size bed, closet and dresser.

This original 1886 School house was converted and renovated in 2015 to darling apartments.

‪We are a 10 minute walk to Coors Field,and a short car ride or Uber to Union Station, Convention Center, Pepsi Center and Mile High Stadium.‬

‪The beautiful courtyard in the back has tables and rocking chairs, barbeque and wonderful flowers surround you.‬
