About this space:
This original 1886 School house was converted and renovated in 2015 to darling apartments. In the heart of Historic Curtis Park, you will find easy walking to LODO, RINO, hip eateries, breweries, coffee houses, bars and art galleries. This is apartment #2. A one bedroom apartment with all the amenities of a home and a dedicated, off-street garage parking.

The apartment is pet friendly with a non-refundable Pet fee of $250 per stay.
The space
You’ll love my place because it is tastefully updated to modern amenites with Victorian finishes. Very open floorplan with kitchen and living area. Kitchen features a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. Living Room has a smart TV, sofa sleeper couch and chair. Washer and Dryer are in the laundry room by the courtyard. Bedroom is a queen size bed, closet and dresser.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen supplies, including a keurig coffee maker.
Shampoo and body wash are all included with two sets of towels.
Wireless Internet, and all utilities are included.
We provide a private one-car garage.
We are a 10 minute walk to trendy restaurants as well as Coors Field, and a short car ride or Uber to Union Station, Convention Center, Pepsi Center and Mile High Stadium.
The beautiful courtyard in the back has tables and rocking chairs, and wonderful flowers surround you.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Guest access: Electronic Entry Instructions will be sent to you up to 24 hours to your stay.
Guess have full use of the apartment. You are welcome to enjoy the seating in the garden. Washer and dryer are available on the property 24-hours a day too.
Other things to note:
Laundry is on site and enclosed and locked. Smoking allowed outside only. No smoking or growing of marijuana inside the unit. The private, one-car garage is detached.
The apartment is pet friendly. A nonrefundable pet fee is due at the time of check-in.
