There you will find walking paths, open fields for picnics, the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens. Guess what else is just behind the property? Frontier Park—where Cheyenne Frontier Days is held each summer.
Convenience should be the name of this property. Just out of your door is a great coffee shop and the “Nipa Hut” Filipino restaurant (just across the alley). The downtown is close by as well as quick access to Air National Guard, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, Warren Air Force Base and I-25.
