Restricted Breeds and Animals:
•In accordance with the requirements of our insurance provider, the following dog breeds are not permitted on the property under any circumstances:
Akita, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Catahoula Leopard Dog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and any Wolf or Wolf-Hybrid.
•Additionally, exotic pets, non-domesticated animals, livestock, and farm or saddle animals are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Guest Expectations
• Renters must be 25+ unless accompanied by parents
• Quiet residential neighborhood, must respect noise ordinances
• Rental Agreement requested upon booking
• Pool heat scheduled to 85°F (cannot be guaranteed below 70°F outdoor temp)
• We think the perfect # of guests is between 6-10, but can accommodate up to 12.

• We provide secure door sensors for extra peace of mind. They chime to alert you when doors are opened, so you'll always know when someone is entering, exiting or accessing the pool patio.
