Cada habitación tiene su propio cuarto de baño completo con bañera de 3/4 de la vida. Una gran unidad de la familia! Este establecimiento ofrece una piscina, dos jacuzzis, sauna y lavandería. Nice Place to Stay!

Nice open kitchen, living room and dining room that we gather together to eat, play cards, and watch games. Short walk to coffee shop on the corner, Vons, Carls Jr, and ATM. Sliding glass door on Master Bedroom you can leave open at nights. Grass areas throughout the Townhomee that you can play cornhole or other fun games and setup lounge chairs.

Nice place

It was a nice place very small but had good room to sleep. The place could be more cleaner. There was a wierd smell in all the bathrooms. There was a Chandelier light on top of the dining table which was soo low that almost everyone hit their head on it. It was a total hazard. the ceilings were not very high maybe they should switch it with a flat light. Kitchen could be more stocked. The crockery was not clean there were glasses with hair in the cabinet.

Cozy Cabin located in covenient part of town

Spacious, conveniently located by Vons, shuttle stop to Eagle lodge was steps away, unit was right in front of the pool/Jacuzzi. However, there were little things that could be improved. This unit was for 9-10 people, but we were limited to 2 parking spots. For the # of people this unit should be allocated 3 spots. It was inconvenient to park and pay at the village overnight lot. Firewood was wet and couldn't start a fire. Some of the small appliances did not work. Highly recommend you bring your own cooking knives and extra cutting boards.

Renovations overdue

Lots of small repairs needed: shower bar inside shower was hanging loose. Window in upstairs bathroom had separated from frame, etc. Only 1 towel per person is provided for 4 night stay. Management responded that they had towels in office but you needed to drive over and get them. Worst of all, the jacuzzi jets did not work. Everyday we had to contact the manager on site to prime the pump and make the jets work. Took him 20 minutes to arrive and activate the jets every day.

It’s cold 🥶

Heaters don’t heat well. I was told by my daughter she was cold both nights. I’m just glad we only stayed two nights. I’d suggest instructions be available for the “wall heaters”. Downstairs rooms are warm but upstairs are cold. The place needs a little work but it’s cheaper than others so be advised. If it were summer it would’ve been a fine place to stay.

Disappointing stay in Mammoth Lakes

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been visiting Mammoth Lakes for the past 45 years and rented many condos/townhomes throughout the area. This unit at Mammoth Sierra Townhomes (#40) was unsafe and uncomfortable. There's good reason that this unit is the least expensive in the grouping. Carpeting on the stairway is detached, which makes it very dangerous going up or down the stairs, especially at night. There is no source of heat upstairs. Heat rises, but the heaters downstairs are of such poor quality that the temperature upstairs is 15 degrees cooler. On future trips I will continue to use Mammoth Reservations for my stays, but certainly not Unit #40!!

I am disappointed and would expect that the rental agency should inspect the properties before they rent them out.

Best Trip Ever

When arriving to the check in location I was greeted with the friendliest people I have ever met. The condo we rented was much nicer than we expected. I had to add days to my stay and they made it very easy and smooth. I will always stay with Mammoth Sierra from now on. They are amazing!

Condo location is great, within walking distance to Vons and shuttle. Condo was comfortable but worn.Only one decent TV in the main area. Tiny dated TV in the master. Lots of sleeping areas. On the last night it was very cold outside and noted it was quite chilling in the condo main living area which only had one wall heater and only 1 functioning portable. Also only small amount of firewood. Contacted management company Mammoth Sierra Reservations however no one ever showed up to check out the issue. Left the next day.

Now I must deal with rental insurance co.for refund because rental service would not change usage dates which I thought was completely unfair (only needed to move dates by two weeks) will not use this service again or recommend it to others.. Hi Jerry. As requested, we tried to move your reservation to the new dates that you wanted, but the dates were booked by another guest. Since you purchased travel insurance and wanted a refund, we referred you to CSA Travel so you can file a claim and get your money reimbursed. Not sure what is unfair about this, but if you need any help filing the claim please let us know. Thanks, Cindy

Convenient Location with Everything You Need

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed here for a weekend in late February. The condo is centrally located -- right on the shuttle route and walking distance to almost anything you would need. It's an older unit with that could use a little cosmetic updating, but for us, the bed layout won out over style. It's one of the few units we found that had twin beds in the second bedroom AND twin beds in the loft...plus a bathroom for each sleeping space. There is not WiFi in the unit, but our cellphones were able to provide hotspots for our computers. The management company was helpful with any questions we had, even coming over early to turn on the heat before we arrived. A pleasant surprise was the washer/dryer which was not listed in the property's description. We would recommend this unit to anyone who is traveling as a family with older kids and their kids' friends.
