Enjoy your morning coffee in this new two-bedroom eclectic stylish space. Lots of natural light. Lakeside with a beautiful view of Elk River Arm all the way to Highway 10 bridge. The cutest coffee bar ever. Full kitchen perfect for grilling and enjoying a patio meal.
Two patios. Double slip dock. Boat ramp within the block. Small, quiet neighborhood. Grill on the patio while enjoying a beautiful Grand Lake sunset. 12 minutes from city of Grove or Grand Lake Casino.
The space
- There are 2 small bedrooms each with a full bed. The space sleeps a MAX of 4 guests. There are two stairsteps from the living room to the bedrooms (visible in the photos).
- There is an attached upper patio and also a detached lower patio available for guest use.
- The 2 slip dock is shared with neighboring house. (access to dock is via a 40-foot approach ramp)
- Guests are given use of 1 of the 2 boat slips.
- Boat launch a block or so away. and extra parking in nearby lot for boat trailers.
- We ask that guests be courteous of other guests and respectful of the neighboring yard area.
- There is a quiet time from 1130pm to 6 am

guests are alowed maximum of 2 of the 3 parking spots in the driveway. other guests can park in farm/shop lot across the road across. guests are not allowed to park in any part of the yard.
