Enjoy this beautifully renovated cottage-style bungalow which boasts ocean views, an open-concept living space, an updated kitchen and bathroom, and 3 cozy bedrooms. The third bedroom is also set up with a laptop-friendly workspace
This 50-year-old home was renovated with love and updated with modern amenities. There is still some of the old charm in the home that adds to the welcoming feel.
Sit back and enjoy the gorgeous views from the front window — whales, boats, and icebergs — something to see every season!
Conveniently located 2-3 minutes walking distance to the beach and scenic Pirates Path trail. Also close proximity to Danny Cleary Centre, the Old Courthouse Restaurant and the Harbour Grace Museum. Other local spots to visit include the Conception Bay Museum, the SS Kyle, and the Spirit of Harbour Grace. Also, be sure to drive by Harbour Grace Ocean Enterprises to see some impressive ships!

Beautiful house , spotlessly clean & comfortable

Wow , great house, everything you could want. Don’t hesitate to book. Only downside were all the steps getting into the house for my elderly mother.

Amazing hosts! Beautiful “harbour view”, bright, new, clean and airy. Perfect little touches that make this the perfect spot for families wanting to visit the area and tourists to experience Harbour Grace’s Bears’ Cove and hike Pirates Path!

We had a great time! Awesome view, clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable summer home. Great for family time. The pictures don't do it justice - this is a really lovely place! We are definitely up for a repeat visit

Stunning Property

This fully updated house was absolutely perfect for our travelling family of four. Its location right on the water adds to its charm. There is an amazing trail just down the road. Highly recommend!

Recently beautifully renovated, the cottage is very comfortable - felt like we were at home the moment we came through the door. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with an open view of the water immediately across the street. Watching the fishing boats coming and going never got old!We found the location of Harbour Grace to be ideal. St. John’s is just over one hour away, Carbonear 10 minutes away, Dildo just over 20 minutes away …..Melanie and Terry are wonderful, caring hosts. We enjoyed communicating with them throughout our two month stay in July and August. We highly recommend Harbour View Cottage - twelve stars out of ten!!Diane and LarryCalgary, Alberta

Home away from home.

This air B&B is a beautiful place to stay.From its high end appliances to the immaculate condition of the whole place . The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel very welcomes. Every message I sent to Melanie was promptly and cordially answered . We were not familiar with the area and had a few queries because my husband was there for surgery at the Carbonear Hospital.My husband’s stay was extended beyond our booked accommodation with Melanie and this B&B was already booked for the next day but Melanie called and got us another one right next door making our move very easy. We were very appreciative and thought that was very thoughtful of her. The time we spent at this B&B was not for a vacation but it made us feel like we were because of its beautiful location . This B&B shows pride of ownership from the nicely kept lawns to the pristine condition of the home. It feels like a home away from home. We hope to avail of it for a vacation in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
