This cozy unit presents 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen featuring an oven range, microwave, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator. There is an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

We provide starter toiletries and kitchen essentials (paper towel, dish washer tabs, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.)

Note: The ADU is connected to the main house, with the kitchen being the only shared wall. Despite this connection, it boasts complete autonomy with its private entrance and a fenced backyard for your exclusive use. There is also a Ring surveillance camera installed on the upper right hand corner of the house for security purposes.
