There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.

The host was excellent in instructions, answering questions and providing tips. The location was exactly what we were looking for during our stay. The building has excellent security. I would definitely rebook for our next year’s stay!

Cosy, comfortable, clean and convenient!

Had a lovely stay with my friend and my adult son. Host was super good at being in contact and checking we were having an enjoyable stay. Lots of little extras were provided, like tea, coffee, washing powder and cloths etc..which was great.So convenient for public transport and shops. Would recommend to friends.

Excellent place- centrally located

We had a great experience at this location. It was a bit small for 4 adults, but we knew that going in. Clean and easy to get around the city center. Paid parking next door and across the street were very convenient.

Excellent stay

This was better than I had hoped, very clean, well set up. The TV and internet was complete and fast, the bed clean and comfortable. Bonus was the coffee and tea that was avaulable. Nice touch. Very thougjtful. Short walk to the Eatons Center.

The host was one of the most responsive I’ve encountered - very nice and helpful. For us as total tourists, it was not very close to any one thing, but it was close enough to a lot. It is cozy but very clean and functional. The 4 for check-in was related to getting the key. It is kept in a very, very busy room with many other key boxes. Took about 5 minutes just to wait in line to get to the right lockbox

Cozy but it has seen better days.

The apartment was well located - access was pretty good. The unit is a bit older than what it seems in the pictures. Unfortunately, the cleaning was a miss as we encounter some issues. Fortunately, the host was very responsive.

The property was as described, pictures were accurate. This is a very big building, lobby often crowded, elevators sometimes struggling to keep up with the volume of people! Very well located for sightseeing, transit, groceries, restaurants. The neighbourhood is a bit rough, but that's downtown in any big city, really. The property manager was incredibly responsive - for example when I mentioned that there weren't enough hangers, she had some delivered that evening. The apartment is not fancy, but adequately clean and equipped. The twin bed is very soft - a preference, not a problem. There are no shelves or drawers - a small dresser tucked into the huge closet in the big bedroom would be a welcome addition.

Excellent location!

This listing is as advertised--it is a great location with streetcar access right on the corner and a very short walk to the 1 subway line. We found it very convenient to navigate throughout the city. Host gave very timely and clear check-in/check out instructions and was responsive to communications. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay!!

The condo is clean. It’s pretty small though, so it isn’t very suitable for more than three people. Unfortunately, the tv wasn’t able to access the internet during our stay, so the unit wasn’t exactly as described because that was missing. The area is central and easy to get to places, however I wouldn’t suggest walking east of there. There are two parks with encampments and a homeless shelter close by, so that area didn’t feel very safe to us. Building maintenance was being done so we didn’t have hot water for a few hours after check in. The check in process was decent, but the host didn’t tell us we needed the fob to access the elevator. Luckily someone else showed us what to do. The host was responsive to messages. I’d give this 3.5 out of 5 stars overall.
