Wi-Fi speed of 240mbps is free for the tenant as well as electricity. All rooms including living room are equipped with air-conditioning system.
It has 43 inches Smart TV, Netflix, free 200Mbps wifi internet, hair dryer, iron/steamer, towels with soap, microwave oven, mini electric oven, refrigerator, air conditioning on all rooms and living room, induction stove, water kettle/heater, rice cooker, basic pot & frying pan, dining utensils, washing machine, dining table & chairs, sofa and main door is equipped with smart door lock.

1. It has two bedrooms, and every bedroom has two bunk beds. This brings the total number of persons that can actually sleep comfortably in my condo unit to 8 persons. However, we are limiting the numbers to 7 persons only.
2. My condo has all the basic amenities that you will need like Smart TV with netflix, iron, hair blower, refrigerator, microwave oven, bread toaster, induction stove, water kettle, cook range hood, towels and basic soap.
3. All rooms including the living room are fully airconditioned.
4. All two bedrooms has balconies.
5. The rental price is not bloated.
6. Because it's two-bedroom condo, so it comes with a free access to the swimming pool for maximum of 6 people.
