Wonderful!

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our trip to WDW! It was as described, and the private patio was a plus. My two boys and I enjoyed our stay here very much, it had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Shops, restaurants, and activities were conveniently located within a short driving distance. We highly recommend this property!

Great Condo

This is a very nice two bed condo. It is nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The owners got all the basics right; plenty of towels, basic starter provisions like toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing liquid, dishwashers tablets, etc all provided. There is a nice view of the lake from the balcony. It was our second visit to Legacy Dunes and having stayed in several different places over the years, it is probably our favourite. Its a quiet gated complex with a nice pool. It’s located on the Irwin Bronson highway which is about 15-20 mins from the Disney parks. Communication with the owners was spot on. We got instructions way ahead of time and messages throughout our stay. Will stay here again when we next visit Florida.

Legacy Dunes + GoDisneyVacation agency= THE BESTEST!

Place is just like you see it in pictures. Very clean, Lovely Updated Kitchen and so as the rest of the condo! We loved staying at Legacy Dunes. Closed to the parks, shopping's and restaurants. All you need for a really nice, fun and relaxing family vacation.

Great place!!

The condo is beautiful!! Close to Disney, shopping, food, close to anything you could possibly want. The condo was very well maintained and clean, the neighbors and staff are very friendly. The only down side was that the twin beds are horribly uncomfortable, to the point my 6year old complained and it could use a better selection of cooking utensils.

Well appointed & tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable throughout.

This property is a big wow, fully equipped with all you need for a relaxing, comfortable holiday. The complex is kept to a very high standard & is very peaceful, with great amenities. Shops and restaurants nearby & public transport but a car is more convenient. I would highly recommend this to anyone & would definitely considering staying here again if the need arose. The view of the lake from the balcony for breakfast & then in the evening with a glass of wine was fantastic. Very happy I found this place instead of a hotel on I drive.

Nice place to stay for the $$$.

The pictures do not do this condo justice. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we do not bring our kids. I would have given it 5 stars but the tenant above this condo was very loud from about 9 pm to about 11 pm every night of our stay. Other than that we really enjoy this rental, it was convenient, safe and in our budget. For the money you cannot beat this rental. Thanks again for our fun and releasing stay!

Great place to stay

My family of 6 stayed here for several days. It was very convenient- only minutes away from grocery stores and dozens of restaurants. Less than 20 minutes from Disney. The property is beautiful, gated, private and peaceful. We really enjoyed staying here!

Well kept, well furnished. Great place to stay!

We were all pleased with the appearance, comfort and amenities of the condo. Anthony is very pleasant to work with and answered my questions promptly and even left a stroller at the condo for our use during the stay so we didn't have to drag one with us. Instructions for entering and leaving the condo were all well layed out. Super easy to get to all the parks. The only negative was the lighting in the rooms was very dim but that's being nit pickey. Overall, recommended!

Words can't express how beautiful this place is.

Me and my family had an amazing time. When we walked in we couldn't believe how beautiful the condo was. It was supplied with everything we could ever imagine. Well put together and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

Extremely awesome!!!!!!!!!

My husband, 2 daughters and I stayed here and it was amazing. It was very clean and well keep. We like how it was a gated community. The owners where very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice quiet location

Enjoyed stay, approximately 15 minutes from parks, we loved the floor plan layout with separate bath rooms. Security was excellent. Everything was furnished and comfortable. Highly recommend

More Than We Imagined

We were delighted to see this property upon our arrival. Legacy Dunes is a beautiful resort setting with ponds with fountains and lots of trees. The pool by the clubhouse is wonderful! The pool is perfect for families and adults alike with gradual walk in and up to 5 feet in depth. We did not check out the other pool because this one was so close to our condo and it was so nice. This condo was just right for our family of 5 adults. We had everything we needed and the layout was exactly as shown in the pictures. The screened porch overlooks the pond and was so peaceful for early morning or late night relaxation. One person felt that the twin beds were not as comfortable as he was used to but for children I'm sure they would be fine. I slept on the sleeper sofa and was comfortable because I brought a foam wedge. There was a notebook on the coffee table giving instructions and all the important information for our stay. The only suggestion I would make is adding a page with the TV channel line up which would save time instead of channel surfing. We were a bit concerned because there was only 1 parking pass to put in our vehicle and we had 2 vehicles but we were never questioned by security. We are still in disbelief that we were able to stay somewhere this nice for less than the cost of a hotel! This condo is only about 15 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from Universal. There are so many shopping areas and restaurants within a few minutes. You won't be disappointed with this choice.

Excellent! One of the best experiences.

This is the great condo, perfectly located. The complex is very quiet, very well maintained with very nice pool area. At the same time you are within minutes of drive to restaurants and shops. The condo itself is clean, decorated with excellent taste. The real feel to be at home. The owners did the perfect job to anticipate any need a tenant may have. What we did not find is basic stuff fo cooking like salt and oil but as the experienced travellers as we are we brought it with us. Anyway, excellent stay in excellent condo in perfect place. To my mind, a better stay than ever hotel can offer.

Nice community

Community was very nice and well taken care of. Unit itself had a great location and view. Decor in the unit was also nice, however unit is in need of good cleaning. Kitchen and bathroom fixtures are showing their age and wear.

We loved our stay. The condo was very clean, just a little dusty . We arrived around midnight and the directions that were given to get into the complex were very easy to understand. We were so busy with Disney activites that we didn't get a chance to use the pool. My only suggestion is that if guests are wanting to use the sleeper sofa it needs a new mattress. We will definitely be back at some point. I would highly recommend this rental.

Nice price for a nice place

Booked this condo at the very last minute and it was a perfect choice for Disney. It is in a nice area with easy access to the highway that leads straight to Disney. It is very clean with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 3 TVS, washer/dryer and close to a very nice pool. Easy to book without having to check in at a front desk. The only cons, which are pretty minimal, are that the mattresses were pretty hard and uncomfortable and there were no spoons except for gigantic serving spoons. It is also on the 2nd floor but easy walk up.

Animal Kingdom Condo at Legacy Dunes

This place was AMAZING! It was clean and comfortable with Lion king "African Decor all around". It is on the second floor, so beware if you aren't ok with one flight of stairs. There were two large bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and one with two twins. There were extra sheets and blankets in the bedrooms. Each bedroom had a TV in it and there was a TV in the main room along with a couch and a chair with a large ottoman. The master bedroom had an en suite (A bathroom connected to it). It was fully stocked with towels and toilet paper as well as soap and shampoo. The second bathroom is connected both to the living room and directly to the 2nd bedroom. There was even a hair dryer in each bathroom! The kitchen was fully stocked with 6 sets of big and little dishes, bowls, etc. There were salt and pepper shakers, coffee filters, a great coffee maker and a roll of paper towels. The kitchen also had all the pots pans you could ask for. There was also a basic set of cooking utensils and silverware, etc. They had a large table with seating for 6. There was a 'Publix' Grocery store as well as a target, Walgreens and Wal-mart within a 5 minute drive. Disney was 10-15 minutes away and Universal was 20-30. Disney was close enough to get to the parks early, come back for a mid-day swim and go back for dinner and the night shows. Universal was a bit more challenging, but do-able. The pool was as warm as bathwater. The game room had air hockey and ping pong. There was also a large club house that could be great for a party. The workout facility was top notch, but I didn't do anything other than look at all the stuff. (No working out on vacation) The balcony was screened in and overlooked a small lake with a fountain in the middle. Great for early morning reading! This place had all of the comforts of home, and we wanted for nothing. It had the spirit of Disney with the Lion King Theme and all the tropical serenity of Florida. Being so close to Disney, Universal and all of the other stores I mentioned, it is in a great location. I highly recommend it. We will never stay anywhere else.
