Walk to the beach! SEA PINES 4 BED + LOFT - Private pool

Located just minutes from the beach, our beautiful vacation home has everything you're looking for! This home is newly painted and furnished, with new ROKU tv's provided, including the loft area.

Enjoy a short walk to the beach, or rent some bikes to travel to the best beaches in Hilton Head. You could also use the easily accessible Sea Pines bike paths to get you to South Beach Marina or Harbour Town without ever needing a car. The house is also convenient to all of Sea Pines' wonderful golf courses and the Hilton Head Island Tennis Resort.

The comfortable bedrooms include 3 ensuite bedrooms, plus a full bedroom with a sink, and access to the hall bath. The upstairs loft has 4 beds, making 5 bedrooms! Each bedroom and loft area includes new smart TVs.

- 1 king master bedroom - master bath with shower and tub
- 1 king master bedroom - master bath with walk-in shower
- 1 queen master bedroom - master bath with walk-in shower
- 1 queen bedroom with private access to the deck - sink in room
- Full bathroom in hallway - walk-in shower
- Loft area includes a full bed and 3 twin beds

The fully stocked kitchen is sure to impress, with everything you'll need to share a meal together. The dining table seats 10, as well as 4 additional stools in the eat-in kitchen. A gas grill is also provided on the deck. After your meal, there is ample seating in the vaulted living room, or find additional seating poolside. The private backyard includes a large pool with a waterfall and fountains that will easily entertain your whole group! An outdoor shower is just around the corner from the pool, ideal for rinsing off after the beach.

Pool can be heated for a fee of $400 per week.

This vacation home also includes a full size washer and dryer. Beach towels are NOT included. The accessible garage has an extra full size refrigerator and freezer for storing additional food and drinks.

The beach is a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute bike ride - closest access is the paved path between Snowy Egret Rd and Surf Scoter Rd. You can also bike or walk to golf courses, South Beach Marina (Salty Dog Cafe), Harbour Town, Lawton Stables, and the Sea Pines Nature Preserve.

Please remember this is a non-smoking home.

*Sea Pines gate passes not included with rental, but can be purchased at the gate for $30 CASH per week*

Perfect property for our ladies college reunion. Exactly as advertised and pictured. Homeowner, daryn, could not have been easier to work with. The pool was our favorite hang out space. We had a fabulous time!

Great location

Great location in Sea Pines. The loft area ceiling is too low for an adult to stay up there. Disappointed that on if the master baths was in a hallway next to kitchen. The outdoor furniture was really dirty from all of the pollen and other items falling from all of the trees. House seatsmany very comfortably

We enjoyed our stay in this house! The air conditioning was wonderful, the house was very clean and beautiful, and the pool was so nice to have. Daryn was a super responsive host and answered all questions quickly and was super friendly. The location was also nice, but you do need to bike or drive to get to most places. But I LOVED biking around on the gorgeous sea pines paved bike paths. It was a very quiet and relaxing location though, with lots of shade from the trees. We were able to bike to the beach, to the Sea Pines fitness center, to Harbor Town, and to the Salty Dog. The loft is a little tight for adults, but would probably be perfect for kids or teens. The bedrooms were all plenty spacious and the beds were comfortable! Overall, the house had everything we needed to have a comfortable, relaxing, and fun vacation!

Great place

This place worked perfect for our family and friends. The sleeping arrangements are perfect for a group with all the bathrooms. The loft was great for the kids. Fairly close to beach. We enjoyed the pool and deck on days we didn’t go to beach.

Beautiful place

We loved our 1st trip to Hilton Head! The house was beautiful & the backyard was awesome! We all enjoyed the pool & time outside! Matt was easy to communicate with and whenever I had a question he got back to me immediately! We would definitely come back here!

Could not have been better!

Our extended family stayed for a week (7 adults and 2 babies) and the property was perfect! Matt and Katie were the best hosts, incredibly informative and quick to respond to our questions. The house was a short walk/bike to the beach and central to everything we needed. The pool was perfect and much needed in the july heat. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beach Week

We had a great time. Property was clean and well appointed. Plenty of room for everyone. Communication was excellent. My only suggestion would be for beach chairs to be available and more plastic drinkware for use by the pool. Thanks so much. Would stay here again.

Wonderful and comfortable place for a great family vacation!

Traveling with three young kids, this home was perfect for us for many reasons. The heated pool was a hit with everyone. Proximity to the beach was also close by bike or short drive to beach club. 15 min bike ride to Harbourtown, South Beach Marina or Lawton stables animal farm. The home's layout and updated style was comfortable and casual with lots of seating everywhere. We would definitely stay here again!

We fell in love with Sea Pines our very first trip years ago, and knew someday we would find a way to spend more time here. It has the best beaches, bike paths, and proximity to everything. You cannot beat a family vacation here!

We love this location within Sea Pines so much! It has such quick access to the beach, but is also so easy to get to Salty Dog for after dinner ice cream, and Harbour Town for shopping.
