Guesthouse on private lot in the Foothills Smartlock key pad Full Kitchen, WIFI 362 Mbps Welcome Border Patrol, Visiters, Nurses, Dental patients and contractors, Shaded Parking, Boat parking, 1/2mi to I-8 22 to Mexico
28 Martinez lake, 31 mi to YPG. Close to Restaurants, Clubs, Shopping, Hiking Golfing. NO CARPET for those who have allergies! Very comfortable bed and furniture. Patio area with lots of seating and BBQ for you to enjoy.

The space
There is a coffee pot and a coffee grinder, organic coffee beans, tea, sugar, Stevia creamer and spices for you to cook with. The Living room and kitchen are themed with western decor. AC. for your comfort. very spacious bedroom The decor in the bedroom is created from Saguaro Cactus (there are some interesting books about the Giant Cactus in the bedroom) The headboard was created from the ribs of a fallen Saguaro. THERE IS ONE STEP into the bathroom. There are 2 outdoor tables for morning coffee or a quiet spot for a relaxing evening. There is plenty of seating if you would like to have friends visit. There are board games, cards, dominos, books. There is a patio area with lights, Electric BBQ, umbrellas, and Last but not least
PIECE and QUIET for your Enjoyment!!

Other things to note
It is very quiet and safe here. Sorry the apt is not wheelchair accessible. There is one step into the bath room. there is no washer or dryer. Laundry mats are very close

I can't say enough good things! Wonderful getaway, everything we needed. The casita was beautiful, the decor so thoughtfully chosen. Comfy bed, wonderful sheets, cozy living room, and lovely cool air. My BFF and I are already planning our next visit and want to become regulars. Teresa could teach How To VRBO, so lovely.

Best Little Vrbo in the West!!

This little cabin is so charming, so quaint, so perfectly furnished, it's the most beautiful place I have stayed! The host, Teresa is a lovely lady, an artist with an eye or detail. She is sweet, friendly, accommodating, and the perfect host, proud of her establishment, as she should be. It's an awesome place to stay! Would definitely stay again!

My favorite place away from home.

Teresa is a fantastic host. The place is very clean and organized. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay if you're Boating or ATV'n . Got covered parking for boat or ATV's. There's enough room you don't have to unhook trailer. Walking distance to a couple good places to eat. Fish tacos , BBQ and Hamburgers and Ice cream..Thank you Teresa.

An amazing place

We had a great stay in this casita. We were we.comed with wine and treats and fresh citrus fruit every morning. We loved our host who was so kind and helpful. We would defi itely return to this same spot.

Perfect place with perfect host!

Wonderful place to stay and Teresa goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, provided great suggestions in the area and even went so far as to leave us a little gift (regarding one inquiry) at the door when we returned one day. The place has everything you’d need, and Teresa is the perfect host. Will stay here again when we are in Yuma, visiting the imperial sand dunes.

My elderly mother stayed here

This property is a gem in the Yuma foothills! It was easy to find, plenty of parking available, even covered. Teresa is a fantastic host, if she didn't think of everything needed, all we had to do was ask and she has it. She was SO accommodating and friendly and helpful. She is very knowledgeable of the area, what to do, where to eat, etc. Mom didn't want to leave she was so happy here. I highly recommend this property!!

Bein There Felt Like Coming Home

I really cannot say enough about that awesome property and the even more wonderful owner of the space, Teresa! Every thing I could have possibly needed for my stay was in that home. Beyond that, there is so much love in each room and in every detail there. I stayed for 2 days, and it was fabulous! Teresa is also an incredibly gifted artist and has inspired me in my own work. Further, Teresa's creative juices were flowing, and she is making a custom peice for me right now. It feels wonderful to have had such a transformative experience over such a short period of time with a stranger who has become a friend. Thank you, Teresa, for opening your home and your heart.

Hidden Gem

Place was perfect. Quite neighborhood and very safe. Covered Boat parking. Close to many places to eat. And the host Teresa is a very friendly and a awesome person.
