Bedroom 1 and 2 (upstairs): 1 king bed, 1 queen bed / Bedroom 3 and 4 (basement): 1 queen bed, 2 single beds / The main floor is also equipped with a sofa bed. Please note the capacity of this townhouse is 10 people. Safe and clean stay: All bedding is washed in industrial machines at high temperature and then pressed.

To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all guests are required to complete the Boarding Pass through Enso Connect before arrival. Once completed, your check-in instructions will be made available 24 hours prior to your check-in date.

Before arrival, you will also need to choose one of the following security options:

• 600 CAD refundable security deposit — fully refundable after checkout, subject to the property’s inspection for any damages or missing items.

• 35 CAD non-refundable damage waiver — an alternative to the refundable security deposit.

Please make sure to complete these requirements before your arrival so you can access your check-in instructions without delay.

This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:

3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

This is a reminder to everyone that it is strictly forbidden to be on the La Bête golf course during its operating period and that it is also forbidden to drive golf carts on the public roadway of Chemin du Golf. Golf carts are not insured, and a ticket may be issued for anyone violating this regulation.
