We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was a great size for a large group and very well stocked with all the essentials.We had seven adults staying in the house, and it always felt like there was plenty of room for everyone. The primary bathroom was a real treat — it’s enormous and absolutely beautiful!The location was great and very central to everything in Kona and the island in general. It’s close to the main highway, which made getting around really convenient, without being so close that you heard road noise. The neighborhood itself was lovely and felt very peaceful.We happened to be there while Hurricane Nolo was passing by, and during the storm we were especially grateful to be a little farther inland and away from the immediate coastline. We felt very safe and comfortable in the house.We also loved being able to pick fresh avocados and oranges right from the yard! One small suggestion would be to leave a fruit picker in the garage for guests — some of the best fruit was just out of reach, and we definitely wanted it! All in all, it was a wonderful stay, a great value for a group our size, and we would absolutely recommend the property. We definitely enjoyed our time here!

Overall, the property was in a great location and provided plenty of space for our party of nine. We especially enjoyed the view from the patio and found the kitchen well-stocked and spacious enough for multiple people to cook.I did want to mention a couple of issues we encountered during our ten-day stay. Unfortunately, the outside refrigerator was not working, which limited our storage space for beverages. Additionally, with nine guests, we quickly ran out of paper products and had to purchase our own for the remainder of the trip.We enjoyed our stay and hope this feedback is helpful for future guests.

Grand Living

We had 9 people including a toddler and the house is pleanty big enough. Very luxurious and clean. Lots of space both inside and out. parking is great. House has all the kitchen goodies plus sand toys for the kids stored in the garage. Great view of the Ocean, especially the sunset views. Overall a great place to stay.

Great House but Not Exactly with a Pool

This house is located close to Kailua-Kona, is very spacious, and has clean/minimalistic decor. To say it has a pool is deceiving, as the pool is very shallow (water up to my knee and I’m only 5 ft tall) and very small. It’s impossible to swim in the pool. So the “pool” only exists as a decoration. The master bath is enormous, too big actually, while the other adjacent shared bath is too small for use by 2-3 persons. The house is so big with little fabric decors so sound and noise echo. While there are plenty of water toys, there are only two beach chairs, for a house that sleeps at least 7. Lastly, I think it would be nice to have a sofa chair in the master bedroom given the space.

Great house

We loved staying in this home. The layout was nice and open. We spent most of our time on the back patio which had lots of seating. Loved having the shallow pool to gather in. Kitchen was large and well stocked with a separate coffee/bar area. Master bed/bath was amazing with a nice closet. I appreciate that the owners were generous with the general necessities of trash bags, dishwasher pods and tp. My only complaint was with management company. We were trying to arrange for a late check out and were willing to pay, but they would not get back to us. Left 3 messages, a text, then finally I got ahold of them the day of check out and they promised to get back to us but no one did. We gave up and just checked out at 10am as we were suppose to. Just wished they would have communicated. This doesn't reflect on the house though. Our stay was great and no complaints at all about the house!

We had an amazing stay. The house was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear that everything had been thoughtfully prepared for guests.One of our favorite parts was the kitchen. We cooked breakfast and dinner there almost every day, and it was stocked with absolutely everything we needed, from cookware and utensils to the little things you don’t usually find in vacation rentals. You can tell the hosts took time to make sure guests have everything they needed and made it feel like cooking from home.We also made great use of all the beach gear. Having chairs, toys, beach towels, and a cooler available made our beach days so much easier and saved us from having to rent or buy anything.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everyone slept great after long days exploring the island. The home is peaceful, well-maintained, and has beautiful views that made every morning and evening special.Super quiet neighborhood.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home base in Kona.Small gripes—- We had a hard time finding remote controls to the tvs, turns out they were in the couch cushion.There were baby geckos running around inside, but they didn’t bother anybody. Kind of cute actually.And not having a direct phone number to text someone with questions was annoying. But the host responded quickly to email when we reached out to request an early check in.
