IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay. Upon arrival, the Guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify Identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing management - Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent - Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc. - Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am, no Patio access after 10 pm. - Overnight/Nighttime Occupancy 4 people. (10 pm - 7 am) - Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 6 people without written consent from management. -Parking for 1 vehicle inside of our attached garage is available. Compact vehicles are recommended. - You are renting a single family home with 1 level and have access to the entire house. -This home has a 3-step threshold to enter the front and rear of the home.
