Sea Breeze is the ideal holiday home for families and longer stays. It is a spacious modern 2 level holiday home, with fabulous indoor/outdoor living, 3 bedrooms (one en-suite), two living areas, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, two and half bathrooms, a separate laundry with washer and dryer, closed garage and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

The space
Complete with retrofitted double glazing, ventilation system and heatpump, you’ll be more than comfortable all year round.

You will absolutely love the open plan kitchen, fully equipped with Miele appliances, Nespresso station and a Kitchen Aid stand mixer.

The living spaces flow out to the deck and front balcony with amazing sea views. The beautifully tropical landscaped back outdoor area is very private and sunny, you will want to stay here all day long. With a barbecue and a covered louvre entertaining area you have the perfect spot for dining al fresco.

Master Bedroom is located upstairs and enjoys plenty of space complete with queen bed and ensuite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are situated downstairs along with the family bathroom with shower over bath and the separate laundry. Bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 single beds, one with pull out single trundle bed underneath so great for the kids. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.

Sleeping 7 in total, this is a fantastic set up for family and friends looking to spend time together... explore everything on offer in the region or simply put your feet up, unwind, and take in the view!

Porta-cot and child seat available on request. We also have several games on offer for families entertainment.

There is plenty of space for the kids to play and explore in and around the house including a family room/ office space connected to the kitchen area with lots of games to entertain little and bigger kids and a chalk board wall in the garage.

Other things to note:
* The front sensor in the garage has a security camera - just the driveway is shown. Inside the house there are only sensors for movement when alarm is on, no cameras*

** Flexible check-in/ check-out need to be agreed in advance to allow for cleaning for previous/ next guests. Please let me know in advance if you might need that, otherwise standard hours apply.

*** Additional housekeeping dates will be offered free of charge for longer stays (over 20 days).
