- Outside, embrace the beauty of professional landscaping. Whether it's a sunny day or a crisp evening, our year-round heated inground pool beckons for a splash. For those cooler nights, the hot tub and outdoor sauna promise unparalleled relaxation. As the sun sets, gather around our bespoke fire pit, basking in its warmth and ambiance enhanced by twinkling string lights. And of course, an outdoor grill stands ready for those BBQ cravings.

- For your convenience, our home offers a brand-new Samsung washer and dryer. Climate is no concern; with three mini-splits and an additional AC unit strategically placed, enjoy optimal temperature control in all corners of the home.
Privacy Perfected:
- Positioned on a secluded lot with an adjoining vacant plot to its right, our home ensures an unmatched sense of seclusion. The long driveway accommodates up to 5 cars, so invite your friends and family with ease.

Guest Access:
⚫Any guests that are booking our property will receive the automatic check-in instructions. In these check-in instructions it will include a guide on how to enter the home via our electric lock system.
⚫You’ll receive our automated check-in instructions 📩 24 hours before your arrival, so everything you need will be ready ahead of time for a smooth and easy check-in!
⚫Our homes use electronic door locks 🔐 for your convenience. A door code will be sent to you automatically ⏰ 2 hours before check-in time, unless you’re checking in earlier.
⚫When it’s time to head out, we’ve got you covered too! 🧼🕒 Our checkout instructions will be sent a day before your departure, you'll receive them at 2:00 PM the day before your checkout.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is situated in the recreation-residential community of Emerald Lakes, situated in a prime location in the middle of it all. Whether you want to go skiing, go to the waterparks, go to the lakes or the casino's... You name it, we are near it!
Other Things to Note:
‼️Important House & HOA Rules‼️
⚠️ Quiet hours are 9:30 pm - 6 am (This is HEAVILY enforced by the HOA and will result in a fine). If a complaint is filed from the HOA/Neighbor it will result in a $500 fine.
⚠️ There are no fireworks allowed to be set-off at our home and if there are it will result in a $1000 fine and call for an immediate eviction from the property.
⚠️ No parties. We have strict rules against house parties in our home
⚠️ No extra guests without prior approval
⚠️ No Smoking within 25 feet of the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
⚠️ We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. ‼️Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
⚠️ Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any concerns!
⚠️ Friendly Note: 🐻 Since our home is tucked in nature, you may spot a black bear in the area from time to time. No worries - they’re generally well-behaved and prefer to keep their distance from people. As long as food and trash are secured, they’ll simply wander by and continue on their way.
⚠️Winter Driving Note❄️: During winter months, 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended for safe and comfortable access, as mountain roads can be snowy or icy. We do our best to have the driveway plowed, but weather can change quickly and conditions may vary. If a vehicle becomes stuck, guests are responsible for arranging and covering any towing or assistance needed.
⚠️ Lost & Found Shipping Policy: If personal items are left behind, we’re happy to arrange return shipping 📦 — please note a $50 handling fee will apply for retrieval and coordination, separate from and in addition to all shipping and delivery costs 🚚 (shipping/delivery fees are not included in the $50 fee).
⚠️Pool Unavailable (Winter Season❄️):The pool is not available during the winter season due to ice damage and frozen pipes. Repairs can only be completed after winter once everything fully thaws. By booking this home, guests acknowledge and accept that pool access is not included during their reservation dates.

📌 Submitting a valid ID and signing our rental agreement after your reservation is confirmed is required for this property. If these steps are not completed, your reservation will be cancelled.
📌 A refundable security deposit is required for all one-night reservations and for any bookings made outside of Airbnb. For reservations booked through Airbnb, the security deposit is offered only as an optional add-on that guests may choose to include at the time of booking for extra damage insurance.

📌We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.
📌For transparency, please know that our hot tub is professionally serviced after every reservation, and our tech team sends us time-stamped photos once the cleaning and servicing is completed — we keep those photos on file to confirm it’s been properly cleaned and ready for each new guest. Lastly, if you request any additional hot tub cleaning/service during your stay (outside of our standard post-checkout service), it will come with an additional fee and will be billed to the guest.
