Most everything is near by. Busch Gardens is right next doo so it would’ve been nice to visit. Raymond James Stadium is 25 mins away so it’s nice. Host was easy to contact and speak to. All rooms were clean, and family friendly. It was a wonderful stay.

Family-friendly

Great time with the family and just a couple min drive to Busch Gardens with plenty of food places around. Home was cooled to the perfect temp when we arrived and the host Joel was wonderful with answering any questions we had. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Really nice place to stay. Plenty of towels/linens, comfortable beds, good location. The family loved having their own bedrooms. The board games were a welcome surprise! We spent a lot of time out in the patio and were able to see the fireworks from Busch Gardens. Would definitely come again if in the area!

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay! The host was so responsive and welcoming. It was also very clean and well taken care of. It was minutes from everything and easy to get too. We will definitely be back!

Best Host Ever!

House was immaculately clean & worked great for our group of seven. Location was perfect for a visit to Busch Gardens. I cannot say enough about the host, Joel. He was so helpful with great tips to make our visit more enjoyable.

Quiet and comfortable

The house was easy to find, the neighborhood wasn’t top tier but it was quiet for the most part appropriate for our needs. The house was as described in the listing and was near shopping. We were traveling with 3 of our children and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was equipped with most basic tools and I was able to cook and even bake to help control meal costs. The host/manager Joel was extremely accommodating, quick to respond to questions and had many helpful suggestions for restaurants, stores etc.. For the price and our needs (coming into town for a memorial service) it was a great stay, exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend if your looking for an efficient quiet stay.

Family vacation with older teens

Cute house, perfect for all four of us to have our own rooms. Very close to attractions and restaurants. Joel did an amazing job at comunicating and gave us lots of great tips, tricks, and recommendations. We were skeptical upon arrival because it is a small property very close to other houses in an older neighborhood but we didn't have any issues. So overall, the immediate surroundings aren't the best but the house itself and the proximity to fun more than made up for it. We would definitely stay here again!

The house had everything we needed for our stay. The host was super helpful, friendly, and responded quickly to any questions. The house is in a quiet neighborhood 10 min from Busch Gardens. We look forward to staying here again if we return to Busch Gardens!

Better than hotel for party of 3 or more

Great proximity to USF and Busch Gardens, house had all that was needed, mostly clean but NOT the bedroom carpets. Neighborhood was mediocre, had a couple audible disturbances late at night. Property manager was very nice and checked in often to verify all was good. Overall the stay was better than a hotel offers for a family of three or more for the price!

Just What We Needed

We pulled in Friday evening and drove away Sunday morning. In between, we needed a place to crash for a few hours and lay our heads. Clean rooms and bathrooms, a big TV to lounge in front of with a cup of tea or coffee, an inviting patio on which to get a breath of fresh air. This house is just what we needed, a little home away from home while delivering a child to college. The younger kids loved the big master bedroom shower.

Good for a place to put your head

Some of the fixtures are older, but were sufficient for the stay. It’s not a luxurious place, but it suited our needs for a place to sleep and eat. We would probably stay somewhere larger next time, but this was a good place.

Amazing location

The property is on a corner lot easy to get too! There were 6 of us that stayed here and was a homey feel to it. We loved that it was close to everything we were doing which made it very convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Like any place there are a few things that could have been better like the pillows they were really flat and the beds were hard. But you can find that anywhere you stay! It wouldn't hold us back from coming again!

Great for guys trip

Host is top notch when it comes to communication. He was easy to reach and had many insightful suggestions. Place had all the needed amenities at no extra charge with plenty of space for 4 guys. Location could be little better. We had our car alarm go off middle of the night but otherwise peaceful stay. Overall you get good value for the size of the unit. I would have no problem staying there again next time we are in the area for our golf trip.
