Cette location correspond à nos attentes. Giuseppe et Alenka nous ont très bien accueilli. L’appartement et surtout la terrasse sont très agréables.

Beautiful View

This property has a beautiful view and the house keeper was very nice with various recommendations about the area. We had a couple of issues with appliances that were solved by her right away. It was perfect for our longer stay on the island of Korçula.

Super place with a fantastic view over the Adriatic Sea.

We had a fantastic stay for 11 days in august 2021. The apartment is very spacious with a large, nice terrace with sunbeds, barbecue grill and outdoor shower so you can get cooled off or clean off the salt water after a swim in the sea. As there are only a few restaurants in town we used the barbecue grill many times, super 😊 The place is very quiet, and the view is fantastic, with direct access the sea (approx. 50 meters). We brought our paddle board and used it especially in the morning where the sea was very calm. Every Tuesday and Friday a little truck with fresh fruit, vegetables and fish arrives – “listen for the horn” – else there is a “Studenac” grocery store with the most common items. The housekeeper Alenka was very helpful before and during our stay and we were lucky to meet the owner Guiseppe and his wife during our stay. They were very helpful as well with tips on restaurants, furthermore we had some good talk about the world around us. Thanks again for a lovely stay – hope to be back some time. 😊 Best regards Caroline, Janne and Flemming

Sublime vue sur l'océan !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan, le village de Zavalatica et les iles au loin. Nous avons profité des baignades, il n'y a qu'a descendre les marches poir se baigner. Des magnifiques baies se trouvent à proximité pour se baigner dans une eau cristalline. Nous avons trouvé le calme et la douceur de vivre que nous recherchions. Adam a été tres réactif pendant le sejour (problème d"acces wifi réglé très rapidement par l'achat d'une carte en accès illimité et pied de parasol changé dans la journée). Une de nos meilleures locations ! Nos ados ont adoré également. Nous n'avions pas envie de partir...

Lovely Modern Apartment with Amazing Views

I have had the opportunity to stay here several times. The apartment is very modern, well-equipped and has incredible views. The balcony is the length of the apartment. The small kinks mentioned in a previous review have been straightened out, and it's a real pleasure to spend time in the house. The grounds have flowers and vegetables growing about, and the outdoor "Balkan" grill is authentic. Zavalatica is a charming small town near to Smokvica, a wine-producing center. It has two restaurants in town and a grocery store. You can explore all parts of Korcula island from the apartment--Korcula old town, Blato, which is in the middle and Vela Luka at the opposite end. Highly recommended!

Good base for exploring Korcula

During our stay at the house we just could not get enough of soaking in the expansive view from the huge balcony. It provided an excellent view of a good portion of the village and the harbor, as well as the Adriatic and neighboring islands. Its position and layout mean both sun and shade are available all day long. Well-placed windows and doors mean great views from inside, too- watch the sunrise when waking up in the master bedroom! Inside, our review is still positive but less spectacular. The house is more or less brand new, and the overall impression is that it's a work in progress, without the progress aspect. Small things add up to feel more inconvenient than they would seem: some exterior walls are unfinished, no toilet paper holders in the bathrooms, a spacious wardrobe for clothing in the bedroom rendered useless by having no hangers in the house, no way to make a cup of tea other than heating water in a cooking pot and pouring into a mug, a nice vent/light over the stovetop is partially installed but not connected, no way to make ice. Once the sun goes down, the house feels rather cavernous and dark - needs a new approach to lighting due to the nice high ceilings, etc.; we needed to move small lamps around at night to prepare food in the kitchen, for example. It combined to feel antiseptic. But nice surprises: the washing machine and particularly the outdoor oven, which we put to good use and really enjoyed. Zavalatica was geographically an excellent base for exploring both ends of the island and as noted the house is situated in such as way that it's a spectacular location in many respects. Attention to detail and even having the owner reside in the house for a few days to note what's missing would make it 'excellent'. We'd likely return if going back to Korcula.

In a trip to the Island of Korcula with my son, my wife and i got in love with the nature on this island , i look for property in all island and i decide that Zavalatica was the perfect small fisherman village where you can enjoy the Nature.
This property is a front ocean Villa with 2 separate apartment with individually
entrances , both property has wiev of the sea and the island around.
This little village is for people that love nature walk swimming running etc.

I like this property for few reason , the position of the property just on the front line no other property in front and the spectacular view of the sea the town crossing the ocean and the islands around .
I also like the fact that is part of a small quite village so no laud music .

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house is located directly on the Adriatic Sea, a tranquil location to enjoy your holiday. On one side of the house there is an empty lot, the other an unfinished house which is own by me.
The position of Angel of the Adriatic is very unique . The road behind the house becomes a gravel lane a few houses down, which assures that there is little traffic on the back side of the house The property just finish to install a new central a/c heating system.
