This quaint brand-new home built in 2022 is in the heart of Bends Southern Crossing district. You can walk or bike almost everywhere! This home was designed by award-winning local architect Muddy River Designs, with fabulous furnishings and modern amenities. This spacious four-bedroom, 2.5-bath sleeps up to 8 guests. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances. There is a gas fireplace to cozy up to after a day of adventures. The outside space includes a saltwater 7-person hot tub, Redwood Sauna, propane BBQ, and tables and chairs for socializing and dining.
The spacious one-bedroom guest home is across the courtyard breezeway from the main house for convenience while remaining private. It includes one bath and sleeps up to four guests. It also has a fully stocked kitchen and living area.
