London Bridge Resort is an all-suite waterfront property, situated on 110 acres (45 hectares) along the Colorado River and Lake Havasu. The resort is adjacent to the famous London Bridge and the Bridgewater Channel. On-site amenities include three swimming pools, a children's splash pool and waterslide, restaurants, bars, a fitness center, complimentary Wi-Fi, and other activities. The resort is centrally located in the heart of Lake Havasu and provides convenient access to boat and watercraft rentals, fishing guides, lake and desert tours, championship golf courses, restaurants, shopping and entertainment options, and Nevada-style gaming.

Accommodates up to 6 guests. The resort suite has 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom and 1 queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Fully equipped mini kitchenette and 1 & 3/4 baths. Suite has 2 cable TVs.

Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (usually at an off-site location).

Important Advisements
Majority of units face the parking lot. Requests for unit location must be placed with the resort directly, no less than 1 week prior to arrival and will be confirmed on a space available basis. Requests will not be accepted on arrival.
